Page & Wells Avaliações

Page & Wells have been our letting agent for the past 6 years and have been helpful, professional and efficient throughout. We would certainly work with them again should we be back in the market.

I have been impressed from start to finish with the professional and caring way that Page and Wells handled the sale of my late mother's property. Their communications were excellent, keeping me informed through all stages of the transaction. They provide a personalised service at all times.

A highly professional service.. Really helpful, very responsive - proactive and communicative. No hesitation in recommending

Great up front advice from people who really know their local property market. We dealt with Steve Kidd from the Maidstone branch, so we cannot speak for the other outlets. Steve and his colleague Katie were most professional in their dealings and kept their eye on the ball all the way through the process. We listed the property on a Tuesday and had four offers at or above the asking price by the Saturday. Katie spoke to the bidders and advised which one we ought to run with. Contracts have been exchanged and completion is due tomorrow. We'd be very happy to recommend Steve and his team.

Be Chapman at Page & Wells went above and beyond, dealing with awful solicitors up the chain, to make sure everything went as smoothly as it possibly could do and that the sale went through on time. Her communication throughout the entire process was incredible, she was always on hand and I could not recommend her or Page & Wells enough

Full marks to the staff of Page and Wells at their Loose Road Branch for helping us through a very trying time. Thanks to their considerable patience, understanding and guidance every thing was put to bed satisfactorily.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good service. Nice and very helpful staff, especially Michelle Varney in Maidstone Page&Wells.

First class service! Mike Fisher of Bearsted Branch gave us the best valuation then got immediate viewings and got the asking price. Negotiated the complex chain through to completion. Well done to Mike and a special mention to Nicola Crouch for the never ending update! Thank you very much!

From start to finish Page&Wells have been brilliant with our move. They have handled everything with urgency and professionalism, but also made our experience feel personal and like they were listening to what we wanted. From previous experience with other estate agents with previous moves, I can say that this has been the least stressful, quickest and (dare I say it) most enjoyable move we have ever been a part of. Special thanks to Mike and Nicola, they’re great!

I recently rented the flat I am currently living in through Page & Wells. I haven't rented for a few years as moved out of the home that I owned, and was nervous about the process. They have been extremely professional throughout with excellent communication. Any queries have been dealt with promptly and the whole process has been good. I would definitely recommend using them and Nikki and Karen have been great, in particular.

Extremely polite and professional from top to bottom. I highly recommend this estate agent and thankful of their advice and guidance. Sincere thanks to Adam in particular. You are all outstanding examples. First class.

Communication throughout excellent! Smooth transition. Highly recommend

From day one when our house was valued by Page and Wells up until the day of completion of the sale all of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. It was valued correctly, marketed well and brought to a speedy conclusion.

I only actually met the team once and for a very short time because I live abroad, so everything was done on line with emails and the odd phone call. They were extremely professional, helpful and kind. They dealt with everthing quickly, from finding a tree surgeon to having the roof fixed. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

I have used Page and Wells Bearsted
office on numerous occasions and I
can't fault them.
lan, Mike, Lynne and Nicola have always
been professional, friendly and very
helpful.
I would definitely use them again.

Very knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. Smooth sailing all the way.

From the get go, Page and Wells were fantastic. They came and provided us with a realistic estimate but did advise the potential ups and downs of house selling. We instructed them shortly after, within a week they had enough viewings booked to take up a whole day of visit slots. We were able to leave the house for the day and leave Adam in charge. We had a number of offers come in and managed by Page and Wells we accepted an offer we were very happy with. Adam and the team were then very easily contactable throughout the process and were friendly and helpful all the way through to the day of completion. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with them for any house sales in the future.

I prefer page and well, they are so helpful especially Nikki and Francesca Thankyou

Bought a new property using Paige & Wells and they were brilliant from start to finish. Adam and James were always quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you both!

James and Adam from the Loose office are complete professionals who made the house move, and all the difficulties involved, more bearable. Having had experience of other estate agents in the area, I would rate them the best.
