Palmers Hemel have had my brand new Fiat 500e with about 600 miles on the clock since August 2023. The vehicle has been with them for repair since then. It is now mid March and still i have no idea when the vehicle will be returned to me. I used to get a few updates, the last one was just before the Christmas break. Now i don't even get any more updates. Frankly i think they are probably too embarrassed to contact me and give me no news. 6 months now that a brand new vehicle has been with them for repair. with just a few hundred miles on the clock it just stopped working! All of a sudden, nothing. I am sure it takes less time to build a brand new vehicle from scratch. Not asking for much, just a definitive time period in which i can have the vehicle back. It is brand new after all. I will continue to post updates on here until the vehicle is repaired and returned in my possession.

Excellent service from the Subaru sales team. A lengthy sales process impacted by the loss of a close relative and then an emergency eye surgery was handled at all times with understanding and respect by Kiran. The chosen vehicle was collected yesterday. The first service had been carried out, a full valet and a couple of blemishes put right. Kiran had the decency to point out a tiny dent which he agreed to organise the removal as soon as possible.

Great service from Lee, very knowledgeable and managed to find a perfect upgrade for me from the previous car he sold me after 4 years. Will definitely be coming back & trusting palmers with future car purchases and recommending to friends.

Watford Palmers .. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. All I wanted to do was buy a car, but I left with no car and migraine and a sense of being bullied. But hey Ho, you did me a favour because I took my business elsewhere.

I had a very good experience Purchasing a Subaru Forrester from Palmers in Hemel Hempstead. At first I dealt with Kiran the sales manager whose manner was informative without making me feel rushed. I put a deposit on the car that day as I was comfortable with the sale.
I have now collected the car which I am very happy with. On collection I was helped very efficiently by one of Kiran's colleagues Ash, who did a great job of showing me around the finer details of the car.
I would definitely recommend Palmers to other would be purchasers, for its customer service and value for money

My experience with Palmers was very good. I was dealt with by Hiran and Ash initially but then exclusively by Ash who was excellent.
He was helpful and informative, but as he had just joined Palmers, was not afraid to check details he was not sure about rather than trying to bluster his way through.
He made spending money an almost pleasant experience! I'm sure he will be a real asset to the Company.

A great experience buying my new mg car from Sean at palmers hemel hempstead. After a few hitches on my part Sean sorted everything and went above and beyond to be helpful and sort any issues for me. A job well done!

Initially Palmers Hemel Hempstead were amazing. Helping me to reserve a Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio in October/November. They held the car for 5 weeks with a £500 deposit which i was grateful for. However unfortunately circumstances changed and we could not purchase the car. To this date I have never received a refund and any email I have sent since has not been acknowledged. This really is unacceptable. I am now considering the purchase of an Alfa but I will never be returning to this dealership. I am incredibly disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle (Citroen C3 Aircross) at Palmers Motor Company - Watford. The process was stress-free and pleasant. The sales executive - Alexandru Dumitru (Alex) was very thorough and knowledgeable, and was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. I highly recommend the dealership for their excellent service and support.

Saw a car I liked on Palmers website, called and spoke with Mark to arrange a test drive, test drive went well, Mark was friendly and very helpful on the car and its spec. Went ahead and purchased the car. Upon collection the car had been kept inside which was a nice touch as it was a cold frosty morning. The handing over of the car was thorough and Mark talked me through all the features and how they worked. I would definitely recommend Palmers & Mark to purchase a car from. The service was impeccable.

Purchased a vehicle from another dealer which developed clutch fault and sale was cancelled. Found a vehicle by chance at Palmer's Hemel Hempstead and within an hour or so of turning up unannounced I was able to test drive the vehicle, have my car valued for part exchange and agree to a purchase. Vehicle went through the service are and made ready for collection the following week. Amazing service from start to finish, mot for life and a 2 year warranty on a 2020 vehicle. Can't recommend enough. Thank you to both Kieran who organised everything and Faizan who dealt with the hand over

I popped into Palmers to test drive and look around an electric Jeep Avenger. I had the pleasure of being shown around by Seb, who talked me through all the specs and different finance options, took me out on a test drive and was a great help throughout the process. I'd definitely recommend Palmers for all your Jeep needs.

I have bought a few cars from Palmers in Watford now, and I am always very happy with the service provided. The Manager Dan and Salesman Ola in particular always go above and beyond. Nothing is too much and I always leave satisfied.
I would definitely recommend buying from these guys and/ or trading in your old vehicle. A great team there and excellent service. 5 stars
