i ordered something last week. no

I purchased a las 2 and when i opened the package realized it was a used and returned unit that had damage, missing parts and no instructions

Love the customer service and the laid out design that is usable in commercial or residential. Glad I searched them out on the internet.

My order arrived with a damaged box and all the hardware and connectors are missing. There is no way for me to install.

Shipping was super fast. I received my order within 2 to 3 days.

i’ve sent four emails for a refund. product didn’t even come with all the pieces that were shown in the product overview. anyway, i have sent four emails requesting a refund because it has a two week policy. I am yet to hear back from pamo.design.

The pamo industrial racks arrived on time, all pieces of good quality, easy to install with 2 people.

Unfortunately the unit was not big enough for the space, I have been trying to get in contact with customer service but I still haven’t gotten a response

I want to love this company. I bought a ceiling rack and my electrician told me it won’t work. Trying to get a quick response from Pamo is extremely difficult. Returns are not free. I think I should have ordered on Amazon just for peace of mind knowing I can make a change if needed without paying and waiting for communication. Asked for a return label a week ago, still waiting for it. :/

Solid materials that went together easily and fast.
Looking to add more of these products to my remaining closets.

I was sent the wrong product and emailed customer service 10 days ago about trying to get the right product. The model I was sent is not only different than what I ordered, it does not include all the pieces so I can't even use it. I was excited to use this product but the customer service responsiveness is disappointing.

The product is great for the cost and looks very good in person. The space looks soo nice now and I am ordering more.

OVERALL GREAT RACK, THE CROSS ROD COULD BE HIGHER UP TO ALLOW FOR JACKETS ON BOTTOM RACK, ALSO ANOTHER INCH OR SO OF SPACING BETWEEN RACKS WOULD ACCOMODATE SHIRTS BETTER.

Incredible product. So much better than other options on the market. The rack allows for stronger/ more storage than so many other “apartment friendly” storage racks. Being actually a useful product while allowing our home space to look inviting and comfortable makes this one of those purchases that I’ll be talking about for a long time

Always out of stock. I reached out to support to inquire about stock times. Slow to respond. Incorrect information. Stuff is still out of stock weeks after expected restock. I was advertised this brand on insta and the ad worked. Too bad they don’t have what I want in stock to buy. That’s a waste of your ad money Pamo.
