This brand does not even deserve single star. I ordered the jacket 3 weeks ago with the express shipping till 3rd day I did not receive any confirmation so I contacted the customer service by telling them if it is gonna delay I would like to cancel it buy it from somewhere else right after they send me confirmation and told it is automatically confirmed so they cannot cancel it.. I waited till now contacted them all the time, they always came back with useless words zero action. Now they got back to me telling they canceled my order and refund the money, provided 10% DISCOUNT only for online store. This is ridiculous after all of that they are expecting me to order from online again. This is actual scam.

Ich habe über den Shop parajumpers.it die Jacke Pharell für 600 Euro gekauft. Nach einmaligem Tragen hat sich die Naht am vorderen Reißverschluss aufgelöst. Eigentlich in dieser Preisklasse nicht zu erwarten - kann aber passieren. Das Verhalten des Stores zum meiner Reklamation ist allerdings nicht hinzunehmen und spottet jeder Beschreibung. Meine Reklamation läuft seit nunmehr über vier (!) Wochen - ich werde permanent hingehalten, soll immer wieder neue Fotos einschicken, nach knapp drei (!) Wochen mit diversen Nachfragen und Anrufen meinerseits, sollte ich dann doch die Jacke einschicken. Seit einer Woche ist die Jacke nachweisbar bei Parajumpers eingegangen; keinerlei Reaktion. Auf Nachfrage meinerseits hieß es heute, man müsse das prüfen, das würde dauern... Meine Gesprächsbitte mit einem Vorgesetzten wurde abgelehnt, "man sei ja keine Vermittlung".... Wie gesagt, es geht um einen falsch oder schlecht vernähten Reißverschluss bei einer Jacke im Wert von 600 Euro.
Unglaublich. Vermutlich bekomme ich im Frühjahr Ersatz oder mein Geld zurück - wenn ich keine Winterjacke mehr benötigte. Ich werde jetzt einen Anwalt einschalten.
Ein solche Abzocke habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
Ich kann nur dringend jedem davon abraten, in diesem Online-Store etwas zu kaufen.

Slow delivery but the customer service was fine and it arrived in the end. It took 8 days rather than 4 and I’m still waiting for a refund of the £25 I paid for express delivery. Overall, I’m pleased.

Habe einen Pullover bestellt und bis heute nicht erhalten. Ich habe am 29.11.23 bestellt und sollte per Express am nächsten Tag kommen. Bis heute ist nichts passiert, Paypal wurde eingeschaltet!!!

Bestilte en jakke d 27. november og den er ikke engang sendt endnu. Har skrevet til kundeservice flere gange, men der er ikke sket noget. Der stod den ville blive sendt med Express levering 1-2 dage, nu er der gået 2 uger ..

vreselijk ik heb een muts besteld en zou al een paar dagen terug geleverd moeten worden en bovendien heb ik maar 1 mail gekregen dat ik nog moest betalen met klarna maar het geld was wel al afgeschreven en heb nu nog steeds niks

With a top brand like Parajumpers you wouldn't think that their service is among the worst in the world. On November 17 I order a Gobi Core for € 768 and think I can receive it within four days. I still haven't received anything. many emails with Customer Service later it is clear that they are lying. they do not attend appointments. I am not a customer who gives them sales, but I am an annoying person who bothers them. So take it from me. Don't buy anything here. Go to a store, check the fabric carefully and buy the product there. If you want to buy from Parajumpers, you're either crazy or you can't read. because if you read all these reviews you must be shocked.

Ordered a jacket with an estimated delivery time of two days. Four days pass and I still haven’t received a mail informing me that the package has been sent. They just tell me to wait. I wait a week and ask them why my shipment hasn’t been sent. They then tell me that they are having shipment issues. I didn’t receive a single email informing me of this, rather I had to fish the information out of them. And don’t except to receive any usable answers when you contact them, they will rather send you some copy and paste answer which barely has anything to do with your question. I still have not received my item and have spent lots of time trying to contact them.
Highly unprofessional, will not purchase anything from them again.

Det simpelthen for dårligt jeg bestilte en jakke mandag den 20 november og deres hjemmeside siger der går en uge før den kommer men min er ikke engang sendt det for dårligt hvis i køber noget så skal i bestemt ikke regne med det tager 1 uge.

La casquette n'a pas été livrée en raison d'un problème de leur part et a été renvoyée dans leurs entrepôts. Lors du remboursement, je suis surpris de payer des frais de renvoi alors qu'il s'agit d'une erreur de leur part.
Aucun SAV et aucune réactivité pour le remboursement. Très déçu par cette marque, je ne commanderai plus !

Ils remboursent une fois qu’ils ont vérifié l’article et seulement quand ils ont validé ils remboursent sous 15 jours ouvrables.
Reste à savoir combien de semaines ils leurs faut pour vérifier 🤯?! Honteux !!😡

Ordered a coat for my wife's birthday & took over 3 weeks to deliver, this is a crap service & stear clear. I had my deliver date change multiple times & my wife didn't get her present for her birthday.

Over priced crap company who don't give a fuk about there customers, they just take you money & don't respond to any emails.

Awful service! Bought a winter jacket 2 weeks ago we’re it was supposed to be delivered after 3-5 days but haven’t received anything at the moment. Only received a recipe when I bought it. Bad experience!!

Vi bestilte i tirsdags, hvor de lovede varen ville komme i dag. Nu har de sat varen retur, hvor vi ydeligere har brugt 250 kr på, at ringe til kundeservice. Vores penge er blevet trukket til deres konto, så tak for ingenting og en masse penge smidt ud af vinduet.

Gode tilbud på deres side. De havde gratis fragt, hvilket var rigtig dejligt.
Bestilt tirsdag var hos mig fredag morgen med UPS.

Meget tilfreds med hele forløbet

Does not return your money, literally lost 1400€

Wish I could give zero. Awful experience. Don’t ever expect to get a credit or ANY customer service if you have an issue! They hide their phone number for a reason! I have been chasing them for 4 months for a credit and they just keep avoiding and pointing in the other direction asking to fill out irrelevant forms etc. bunch of crooks!!!!

Would just say! Do not order! This company did not accept returns!! I have a jacket within the return. Timely registered, and neatly sent! Unfortunately something went wrong with ups! The package has not arrived. At some point I get the package delivered back home from ups! Now I want to send it again but now they say they don't accept it anymore because it's not within the term!! I would not advise anyone to ever order from here! I have never been treated so badly by a company!

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas 0 étoiles j'aurais mis 0 étoiles. Commande faite le 1er mars, aujourd'hui nous sommes le 21 mars je n'ai toujours rien reçu, j'essaye de les contacter sans aucun retour. Surtout ne commander pas sur ce site. bande d'escrocs rembourser moi .
