Un retour payant de 15€. Un service client inexistant. Plusieurs tentatives d’appel infructueuses. Un répondeur vous promettant de vous rappeler sans aucune suite. Sans oublier la petite facture téléphone exhorbitante puisque basé en ITALIE. Moi qui pensait être sur un site sérieux, et bien c’est effectivement une illusion 😒

RETOURS FACTURES 15 EUROS ! FUYEZ !

En raison du prix des articles on pourrait s'attendre à ce que la maison Parajumpers réponde au moins à ses clients lorsqu'ils ont un souci qualité. Eh bien c'est une illusion.

in the beginning they are happy to help. my jacket has been gone for repairs a total of 7 times, of which 2 times to Italy and nothing has happened. My jacket was stitched very badly and was really falling apart. The local repairman said that there was probably something wrong with the wire and that is why everything is falling apart. parajumpers indicates that the jacket has passed the quality control while the thread just falls out, but literally.
in short, in the beginning they want to help you promise a lot but don't deliver! I will never buy anything related to this brand again!

Mon fils a passé commande le 31 décembre 2022 pour son Noël d'une doudoune à 290€ . Le colis a été perdu ou volé par GLS et Parajumpers ne veut pas me rembourser et me raconte toujours la même chose que l'enquête est en cours... ça fait plus d'un mois que ça dure et mon fils n'a toujours pas sa doudoune et moi mon argent ...

Ordered a coat, it came and the fit was awful. Returned over 3 weeks ago, saying delayed on FedEx tracking in Milan. Emailed Parajumper for the last 2 weeks, not getting any responses from the ‘relevant team’ I’m now £680 down and will have to go through my bank to try get this resolved. Shocking company. Will never buy from them again and highly recommend people to think twice before ordering anything from them online.

J’ai acheté un bonnet PJS à 75€ qui ne va pas, il est trop grand, je n’ai pas enlevé les étiquettes donc j’ai demandé à le retourner et là on m’autorise le retour avec un remboursement de 60€ + les frais de retour à ma charge ! C’est honteux qu’une marque comme celle là pratique de la sorte c’est tout simplement du vol !!! N’achetez pas cette marque 👎 j’achète très souvent via internet c’est la première fois que je vois ça !!! Plus jamais PARAJUMPERS Très déçue… 👎👎👎

Article à plus de 500€ jamais reçu pour noël alors que la commande a été passée le 16/12. Ce jour le 10/01 commande toujours pas reçue le service client me dit de patienter à chaque appel et ils sont nombreux ! Service client déplorable qui ne prend même pas la peine de répondre aux mails que j’envoie. Selon le transporteur gls mon colis est perdu parajumpers me fait tourner en bourrique et me dit qu’ils n’ont pas la notification ce qui les empêche de me rembourser.
Bref c’est scandaleux de traiter ainsi des clients qui ont déboursé pour cette enseigne presque 600€!!

Bought a almost 900 Euro Jacket on december 5th. It came one week later an unfortunate the size was wrong. I retunred the Jacket and according to UPS Parajumpers recived the Jacket december 15th. So far I have heard nothing form Parajumpers.

I have never been mislead by a foto as I am of the foto on their website. When I approched them on email they say they used a professional photograph to take their fotos to the webshop but come on when I bought their aran hat which on their website look like a milky/white colour I ended up with a light grey hat!! When I send it back because i was mislead by their foto they dident give me my money back!! Highclass thives!!

I dont recommend buying their products or buying anything from their store.

Commande jamais reçu. Service client n’en a rien à faire malgré plusieurs relance !!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a jacket and paid £25 for express shipping which never arrived on time. Had to take a 40 mile round trip to pick up my delivery due to not being able to waste another days holiday to be at home.

Parajumpers have taken two week to reply to my request for a refund on shipping after chasing numerous times, was offered a free shipping code as an apology. All I received was excuses and a copy of their shipping policy. As a courtesy, the least they could have done would be to refund my shipping cost.

I would not recommend using this company and be warned as in my experience, they do not care about their customers. Never shopping with them again

Beware if buying from Parajumpers online.
I bought two pairs of pants for my wife's birthday, total £418. Now for this quality I don't think this is expensive. Problem is that Parajumpers messed up with the paperwork and after delay the parcel was returned to Italy without it getting to me.
Parajumpers have informed me they will be refunding my account £337.50. Why should I loose out to the tune of £80 for entrusting Parajumpers with my purchase?

Do not use them! They are scam, no refunds, nothing, I am going to write to their CEO today and make it public via every social media. Hateful company.

Love the refined quality of the products.
They are expansive but so worth it.
