Beaumont Mace
Selected a store to do my parcel connect return, printed the label and off I went to drop it, only to find out that the shop doesn’t accept fastway parcel connect ( Beaumont Mace). Very disappointed as the website lets you create a label for them. The next closes one is a good bit away

Parcel connect Supervalue Fortunestown Lost My Return Package
Parcel connect Supervalue Fortunestown has lost my ASOS package. I sent a return package on the 13th of July and I got a WhatsApp message from someone called Ashling on the 18th of July. Ashling said my package was sent with no QR code which is strange because how would I have gotten a return receipt if I never showed the QR? They apologised that the staff are new to this system and it will be actioned for me. Fast forward to this week, ASOS doesn’t recognise the first receipt I was giving and Ashling is ignoring my WhatsApp messages and refusing to respond and tell me where my package is and why it wasn’t sent to ASOS.
I’m stuck now with no answer and no clue what to do. I can’t contact ASOS and parcel connect has lost my return package.

Ashling reached out and informed me of the problem involving a return. She was lovely and very helpful. I always prefer talking to a real person so the text was a nice change compared to chat bot.
No Receipt
Our package was collected & delivered OK but we didn't receive any receipt or invoice for the card payment. I have emailed their customer service team several times to request a copy (as I need to send this to our Finance team) but have unfortunately not received anything to date. Their customer service acknowledgement email confirms you should hear back within 48 hours.

I sent a parcel for the past one month to Asos until this date my returned package has not been received by Asos neither has my refund be processed .this company is not a guaranteed source of delivery. At your own risk

Aisling made me aware a parcel return wasn’t processed for me properly and sorted it quickly
QR code labeless returns.
After confusion in my local petrol station relating to the labeless return option, the parcel was returned without the correct returns label attached. Parcel connect contacted me and rectified this by WhatsApp. Very good service.
Great customer care
Aisling kindly helped to ensure my returned item was labelled correctly due to an issue with the instore QR scan. Much appreciated customer care from Parcel Connect.

Parcel connect were helpful in returning my recent package. The shop couldn’t print the label and they printed the label themselves for me, Ashling and Luke were very helpful.

My parcels got lost going back to…
My parcels got lost going back to Flannels in UK and with the help of Luke the manager from Parcel Connect they were retrieved and back to the retailer.
