My Asos return parcel went missing. I recieved a message from Chris in parcel connect to say that it had ended up in their collection hub without a returns label and that if I sent on the qr code I had recieved doing the return he would arrange for the return docket to be attached to be sent back. He was extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend enough

Chris was very helpful and friendly with handling my return made the whole process very easy

Team resolved missing label issue

I sent my order back via my local shop, but I forgot to include my returns label. Chris got intouch with me to let me know, and helped me get it sorted straight away. Incredible customer service . Thanks 😊
