Great customer experience

Great customer experience. Order process smooth, items dispatched promptly and arrived quickly. Jacket of very good quality and as described on website. I was unsure about size to order as borderline between two on the size guide, so ordered S and M. The return process of the unwanted size excellent, again a smooth process with good communication. Highly recommended retailer.

I had a delivery issue which was Fed Ex fault, the CS team at PAS Normal responded immediately and sent a replacement.

The products are ALWAYS GREAT and the customer service team is equally as good. It is now the only cycling apparel brand I buy.

Had a small manufacturing problem on my jersey that was signaled inside an order and after exchange through mail I had a very easy and clear feedback to repack the defect jersey and send it back to the HQ. Plus they either changed my size ( my fault ) on the order and brought me a nice discount for not making me again paying back my jacket..

Shout out to the Pas Normal customer service that helped me and were reactive to my request and mail that I send them…

Good customer service

I had an accident,and eventually my jersey and bibs got damaged
The following day Med venlig hilsen reply instantly and hear my problem and gave me 50%discount and pasilitate the shipping asap what a customer service!

Manglende kundeservice

Har sendt en mail på en reklamation og har indtil videre kun fået en automatisk besked tilbage. Der er nu gået over tre uger uden svar. Meget skuffende kundeservice.

I contacted the PNS customer service…

I contacted the PNS customer service after a crash that caused a tear in my bib shorts. As stated on their website, they kindly offered me a 50% discount to replace the damaged item. The customer service was very responsive and friendly, they quickly sent me a discount code so I could place a new order.

I had a really bad accident with the bike...

I had a really bad accident with the bike and my favorite Pas Normal thermal jersey was thorn to shreds. I reached out to Pas Normal. Within 18 hours without any questions asked they extended a 50% discount offer on a replacement! What a great way to make people feel better after suffering through a crash like this! Thank you my Danish friends!

Schreckliche Qualität oder Rekla

Es ist so unverschämt wenn die überteuerten Produkte innerhalb von einigen Wochen Fäden ziehen oder Nähe auf gehen. Eine Reklamation ist fast unmöglich weil es nur heißt es wäre eigenes Verschulden oder es wir so lange hin und her geschrieben bis man es einfach Leid ist. Ich kaufe nie wieder bei PAS Normal Studios!!!

Du får ikke dine penge retur.

Jeg har sendt varer retur, men de sender ikke pengene tilbage for de tilsendte varer! Det er over 1000kr, som man bare ikke får tilbage. Og der er INTET telefonnummer, som man kan ringe til. Som kunde står man bare magtesløs tilbage. Det er den ringeste oplevelse jeg har haft i meget lang tid!

Warranty Claim

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Pas Normal Studios. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have invested heavily in the brand — easily over €4,000–€4,500 in total. My wardrobe includes multiple Mechanism, Solitude, and Essential bibs and jerseys, outerwear, base layers, balance pieces, off-bike apparel, socks, and accessories.

Recently, one of my Mechanism bibs tore during a ride — doing exactly what they were designed for. It happened during the PNS Midsummer Challenge here in Portugal, on a day when temperatures reached over 40°C. For a premium brand that prides itself on quality and performance, it’s disappointing that the bibs couldn’t hold up under normal riding conditions.

What’s worse is the response I received. Despite showing clear proof of purchase history and loyalty, Pas Normal Studios refused to replace the damaged bibs. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a fair replacement for a product that failed during regular use.

I’m not trying to “scam” the company or take advantage of their warranty. I’ve supported PNS for years because I believed in the brand and what it stood for. Unfortunately, this experience has really changed my view.

For a company positioned at the top end of the market, I expected much better after-sales support and accountability. Sadly, I can’t recommend Pas Normal Studios anymore based on how they treat loyal customers when something goes wrong.

Jeg fik 2 jakker i fødselsdagsgave. Måtte desværre returnere dem begge, da jeg skulle bruge andre str. Jeg returnerede dem begge i butikken i nordhavn, lidt af en rejse, da jeg bor på Bornholm. En af jakkerne var købt på index. I butikken sagde de, at jeg blot skulle tage kontakt til kundeservice, så ville jeg modtage en coupon, så jakken på index ville komme ned i samme pris. Det var desværre ikke muligt, at ombytte i butikken. Efter 6 dage fik jeg svar fra kundeservice, at de kunne sende en label til mig så jeg kunne ombytte jakkerne fragtfrit!!!...Nu har jeg så skrevet til dem igen, at jeg har afleveret jakkerne, og blot mangler en coupon. Jeg har nu måttet bestille jekkerne til fuld pris, da jeg ikke tør risikere, at de bliver udsolgt. Spændende om der kommer en reaktion.

Worst Customer Experience: Complex Returns, No Response, No Money Back

I bought bib shorts and a jersey from Pas Normal Studios a month ago, and the whole experience has been nothing short of disappointing! The sizing was wrong, so I went through their unnecessarily complex returns process. Since then, I’ve been left completely in the dark...

I returned the items, but I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted customer service a week ago - twice - and have not received a single response. Their promise is to reply within 2–3 business days due "to high amount of e-mails right now" , yet they’ve ignored me entirely. At this point, they’ve taken my money and left me without either the products or the refund.

This is unacceptable. The lack of communication and accountability shows they don’t live up to the quality or reputation they market themselves on. There are plenty of other cycling brands out there that respect their customers. I strongly recommend buying from them instead of Pas Normal Studios.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 29 - WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CONTINUED:

After a month without a reply from customer service, I've now received an auto-generated email from Pas Normal Studios with information that I will be refunded. However, a few days after the email was sent, I can confirm that the refunded amount is only about half of what Pas Normal Studios owes me.

The rest of the money is still being held without any further explanation. That part of the amount came from a gift card I received from my friends—Pas Normal Studios has, so far, stolen their kind gift.

No explanation. Nothing about whether, how, or when the gift card amount will be returned to me. The customer service is shockingly bad. It's disrespectful.

I will be escalating this to every possible authority and platform - news media as well. More people need to know that while Pas Normal Studios might make cool cycling clothes, they have the worst customer service and have provided the worst customer experience I have ever had.

Schlechtester Kundenservice ever und keine Retourenabwicklung

Ich habe im letzten Index Sale im August 3 Bestellungen gemacht. Um nicht alle Details in epischer Länge aufzuzählen (wobei dies sicher überaus interessant wäre bei diesem Laden), hier die Kurzform:

- Größenangaben für die Off-Race Shell Jacket sind jenseits jeglicher Realität. Laut Pas Normal Size Guide sollte ich L haben, ich habe dann S nachbestellt, die passt gut, aber es gibt ein Haken dabei …

- … die nachbestellte Jacke war die Vorgängerversion namens Escapism Shell Jacket (bestellt hatte ich ja eine Off-Race Shell Jacket). Seitens eines Ladens, der Pas Normal verkauft , wurde mir bestätigt, dass es sich dabei um eine alte Jacke handelt. Prima, man bekommt im Sale also den Kram der letzten Jahre angedreht (andere und meiner Ansicht nach unbrauchbare Fronttasche an der Escapism. Sieht Pas Normal offensichtlich auch so, weil das aktuelle Off Race Shell Jacket Modell andere Taschen hat).

- Retourenportal hat während des Index Sale lange nicht funktioniert, weswegen ich selbst keine Ware zurückschicken konnte. Kundenservice kontaktiert, die mir nach 4 Werktagen geantwortet haben, dass das Retourenportal kaputt sein und man mir die Labels zuschickt. Das ist jetzt 3 Wochen her, Labels habe ich keine bekommen, natürlich ist der Rücksendezeitraum abgelaufen, Labels können somit nicht mehr selbst gedruckt werden.

- Ich habe in den letzten 3 Wochen absolut alles probiert, um diesen miesen Kundenservice zu erreichen. Mehrere Emails geschrieben, den Shop in Copenhagen angerufen, Maersk in Duisburg kontaktiert (selbst die kannten die Problematik mit dem Kundenservice), etc. Der Service stellt sich einfach tot und ist absolut unerreichbar.

Zusammenfassend: Ich sitze auf Ware für eine beinahe 4 stellige Euro-Summe, die ich nicht zurückschicken kann. Ich warte jetzt noch einmal ein paar Tage, schicke abermals einen Reminder und dann werde ich wahlweise einen Rechtsanwalt einschalten oder schlicht mein Geld aus der Kreditkartenzahlung zurückbuchen.

Finger Weg von diesem Shop, schlechter geht es wirklich nicht mehr.

Poor customer service

Bough a jersey and bib shorts whilst on holiday in Majorca. 3 washes and the shorts are falling apart. Pas Normal will only exchange if I travel back to Majorca! They have said they will credit me back what I purchased them for but as I got a discount for buying a ‘bundle’ and now expected to pay for postage it’s going to cost me more to re-buy the shorts. I’m not even sure they are going to honour that as they haven’t responded to my emails for over a week…
