-Kundenservice ist eine absolute Frechheit.
-Ganz klare Reklamation (2x Radtrikot verwendet) wird nicht akzeptiert.
-Retourenbearbeitung nicht vollständig,ein Artikel wurde nicht retourniert.
-sehr viele Mails, bereit zu eidesstattlicher Erklärung einfach mehrfach ignoriert.
-Qualität unzureichend für die Preise

Niewieder kaufe ich bei diesem Händler etwas.

Ich habe ein Trikot im Index Sale gekauft.

Originalpreis: 170 €
Reduzierter Preis: 120 €
Endpreis inkl. Versand: 132 €
Das Trikot kam an – leider war die Stoffqualität enttäuschend. Es war komplett durchsichtig und die Größe fiel deutlich zu knapp aus. Also habe ich es zurückgeschickt.

Für die Retoure wurden noch mal zusätzliche 5 € berechnet. Die angekündigte Rückerstattung beträgt 120 €.
Unterm Strich hat mich der Spaß 17 € gekostet.

Ob ihr dort bestellt, müsst ihr selbst entscheiden – ich werde es definitiv nicht noch einmal tun.

J'ai reçu un produit endommagé, j'ai contacté le service client depuis 11 jours et 0 réponse malgré plusieurs relances. Donc on a des produits onéreux, avec une mauvaise qualité et un mauvais service client. Bad company.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at Pas Normal Studios. I accidentally damaged my bib, and even though the item I originally ordered was sold out, they offered me a great alternative. They were very helpful in solving my issue. Very smooth and easy process.

Jeg styrtede på en cykeltur og i den forbindelse blev mit tøj ødelagt. Jeg kontaktede deres kundeservice for en crash replacement - dette lyder ikke til at være et problem. Pt. afventer jeg at modtage koden fra dem, så jeg kan bestille noget nyt tøj.
Dog er der enormt lang svartid fra dem - 1 svar om ugen ca. på mail. Jeg forsøgte også at ringe til deres kundeservice, men der kunne man ikke komme igennem.
Lidt frustrerende at noget skal tage 3 uger, før der er en afklaring.

I accidentally damaged one of my favorite kits and upon contacting the team at PAS via email, I was immediately approved for a crash replacement kit. The whole process took 10 days and I already received the new kit overseas within 2 weeks since my initiation on the matter. Kudos to the support team. Many thanks!

Jeg bestilte 4 produkter i forbindelse med deres Online Sale (Index) men da jeg modtager min pakke (med hurtig levering, dagen efter) så mangler der et produkt. Der er ingen følgeseddel med i pakken, så jeg skal "bevise" at jeg mangler et produkt. Jeg prøver at kontakte dem men hører ingenting og kan ikke komme igennem deres online support telefonisk.

The customer service at PNS is flawless. They are incredibly fast, give helpful responses, are very customer oriented and really friendly. Just that customer service will lead to me purchasing more items from PNS in the future.

Recently contacted their support after a crash and they were great in getting me a coupon for a replacement.

Amazing gear that is mindfully crafted. I had a manufacturing defect with a bib I ordered and the company was extremely responsive and sent me a replacement item right away. I appreciate the quality of their products and that they stand behind them.

I was involved in a crash and contacted the crash replacement team and attached photos of my ripped bib shorts on the same evening.
The support replied very fast the next morning and offered me a 50% discount on the equivalent item.
The discount did work and I hope I'll receive my replacement order soon.

got so far 2 bibshorts with wrong size tag

purchased a Large navy mechanism but i received a set with L size but its actually a Medium size

another one i purchased L brown mechanism with the right L size but the thigh feels like a Medium.

Definitely no proper QC done from factory for a 300USD bibshorts.. dis appointed bro!

Jeg returnerede en pakke for over 3 uger siden som jeg stadig ikke har fået refunderet. Jeg kan se, at pakken blev leveret for længst.
Sjovt nok svarede de samme dag, da jeg skrev en mail ifm. spørgsmål til leveringen. Men de har efter fem dage stadig ikke svaret på mine mails vedrørende returnering.

Edit: Jeg har nu modtaget min refunderingsbekræftelse (kundeservice mangler stadig at svare)
