Sollte Pas Normal Studios mir die beiden Trikots nicht ersetzten, so sende ich alle Fotos über das Netzt, ich finde es eine Frechheit, das eine Radsporthose im wert von 320.-Euro überhaupt abfährt, und das nur alleine durchs Schwitzen, mein Schaden rund 749.-Euro, ich nicht davon aus das sich das so klären wird, denn bei Pas Normal Studios ist immer der Kunde selber schuld, wenn dem so ist, das schalte ich einen Gutachter ein und werd einen Juristen hinzuziehen.

I unfortunately crashed with a nearly new kit. So I asked for Crash replacement and it worked out great.
I got the response with the confirmation the next day.

Ware zurück geschickt, da zu klein. Für Rücksendung wurden extra Kosten verlangt. Gutschrift ist bis heute nicht eingegangen. Für dieses Preissegment schlechter Service. Bestelle sicher nicht wieder.

Nachtrag 26.6.2025: mehr als 2 Wochen nach Erhalt der Rücksendung will man mir angeblich jetzt mein Geld erstatten. Habe es bereits bei VISA zurück gebucht. Service Fehlanzeige..

Dårlig oplevelse med Pas Normal Studios bibs og kundeservice
Jeg er desværre meget skuffet over mine Pas Normal Studios bibs, som kun er et år gamle. Polstringen føles allerede anderledes og yder ikke længere den støtte, den burde.
Derudover har jeg haft en rigtig dårlig oplevelse med deres kundeservice. Det tager dem tre dage at svare på hver henvendelse, og selvom mine bibs er under reklamationsretten, nægter de at udskifte dem. Skrev til dem 2/6-2025 og det stadig ikke løst problemet på nogen måde 15/6 i dag
Det er en forfærdelig kundesupport, og jeg vil bestemt overveje, om Pas Normal Studios er et sted, jeg vil handle igen. Det er virkelig ærgerligt.

Ho comprato 3 capi di Pas e ho avuto problemi con due: si sono scuciti al secondo utilizzo, sia una maglia in Jersey sia il pantaloncino bibs. Per cui ho dovuto ricucirli a mano dove erano saltati i punti. Inoltre il pantaloncino non ha le cuciture piatte sulla gamba per cui fa male alla pelle dopo una o due ore che lo indossi e lascia i segni. Per il prezzo alto che ha non ha una qualità adeguata. Preferisco di gran lunga altri marchi sempre sulla stessa fascia di prezzo o anche leggermente meno cari ma che hanno una robustezza e una qualità decisamente superiori. Il pantaloncino lo sconsiglio vivamente se non vuoi che si arrossi e irriti l’interno coscia.

Very bad customer service. They are not even replying. If you are based in Zurich, then for returns good luck as the Fedex centre is only at the Airport. I don't get why they don't use DHL, UPS or Swiss Post who all have shipping centre in city centre at multiple locations.

I ordered a jersey through Sportpursuit.com.
I checked the size guide and made sure everything was correct.
The service from Sport Pursuit is excellent.

The material on the jersey is very thin and would not last more than a couple of washes.
The design and colour scheme is excellent.

Most disappointingly it is ridiculously small. The length of the jersey means it fits like a bra, because it doesn't extend beyond my ribs.
Rather underwhelmed.

I bought a pair of cycling pants and the first time I used them, a seam gave out. I contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours they sent me the new pants. A truly serious company with attention to the customer!

I recently contacted PNS to discuss an issue I had with a cycling kit I had recently purchased. Med responded promptly to my concerns and PNS have replaced the item without fuss. The service has been excellent and I would very much recommend PNS.

Customer service was responsive, friendly and very helpful. Due to a minor jersey defect, they offered me an exchange, took the effort to make sure a new jersey was sent to Singapore, while all these while, keeping me updated of its progress…
