I bought some bib shorts a year ago
I bought some bib shorts a year ago. I’ve worn them 7-8 times and they’re already starting to show holes and fraying above the front groin area. These guys are not cheap and so I’m amazed that they’re already starting to show signs of wear. If I could, I would share photos.
I was also very much sold the dream in their Copenhagen shop. The guy was very clear - EVERYTHING is made upstairs, above the shop. The shorts have a made in Italy sign in them! 🤣.

The big ticket item from my purchase was missing, which looked like it was "lost" somehow by the shipping agent, and the box conveniently re-taped and delivered. Upon contacting PAS customer service Bayan replied swiftly and arranged for a replacement within the hour. Stress-free experience and I'm impressed with this level of customer service and detail. I had a small issue with one of my jerseys from the Mechanism collection, and Bayan from customer service was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He responded quickly, offered clear solutions, and made sure I was completely satisfied. In the end, I received a replacement jersey in my preferred size and color — and the entire experience was smooth and professional.

A product that I have been hovering over for years. Then I took the plunge and bought big. Unfortunately I chose the wrong size. Just one day after receiving a new jersey, I caused a bit of an unfortunate washing incident that messed up my new kit. The blazing-fast and outstanding support I got from Pas Normal Studios completely turned around that shitty experience for me. Thanks again Bayan for your amazing support!
HORRIBLE - stay away
I don’t see why I should be constructive? It is a paid service to be audited with constructive conclusions.
Horrible customer service.
Two separate orders has been misteriously „lost by the courier”.
So I ended up with a lot of money blocked for 1 month and then told they can not deliver my orders.
2 more weeks took them to return money.
NO EXPLANATION.
NO APOLOGIES
NO SOLUTION
Stay away. Many other options on the market with better design, similar quality and fantastic customer service.

La marca más sobrevalorada del ciclismo. Por ropa fabricada en Taiwan en la misma que fabrican otras marcas con un 70% menos de precio. Una calidad pesima en todos su productos. Te venden un culotte de 190€ que puedes encontrar por 50€ en un decathlon... De risas, no se como la gente puede permitirse pagar esos precios con esa calidad tan pesima... Desde luego tienen mucho que aprender, o realmente le dan valor al producto que venden o deberian reducir sus precios, como minimo, a la mitad!

Ich habe nun bereits 14 mal bei PNS bestellt und war stets sehr zufrieden. Einmal musste ich etwas retournieren, und das hat reibungslos funktioniert. Geld wurde nach Eingang der Retoure rasch gutgebucht. Die Trikots und Bibs sind etwas enger geschnitten; man sollte eine Größe größer andenken.
Good customer care but inneficient process
Bayan was great at supporting the return/exchange of some bibs I got. I was offered a great discount and it was easy. However, the whole process takes ages, is quite inneficient and un-intuitive.
Offering exchanges would be much easier and effective than returning, refunding and repurchasing.
