No assistance at all on a defective PNS…

No assistance at all on a defective PNS 3L jacket that costs more than 400€ and is less than 2 years old.
A defect can happen on any product...but we expect at lest an effective after sales service...with a possibility to get the garment repaired.
Especially for a brand which prides itself on being high-end !

Hvor finder du en virksomhed der behandler sine loyale kunder så godt.

Jeg har gennem flere år købt tøj hos PNS og hver eneste gang jeg har haft en lille reklamation er jeg blevet behandlet seriøst og med dyb respekt.

Min seneste oplevelse bekræfter PNS har et kundeservice niveau der rækker langt ud over hvad man kan forvente som kunde.

Jeg har i den konkrete sag fået byttet en jakke efter at have fulgt vaske anvisning og uagtet dette krymper min jakke.

Det kalder jeg kundeservice og sublim behandling af loyale kunder.

Tak til PNS kundeservice Tobias 🤩

Would not recommend

Would not recommend! I used to love pas normal studios and own several pieces of them. Their products are expensive but have always been worth it to me. Until now. In the past, whenever I had an issue, they always tried to help out where they could and really cared about their customers. But since someone called Lilya is their representative, the CS has been one big joke. I had contacted them 2 times in the past half year and both times were a real pain in the ass, incredibly frustrating and very unprofessional. Anyway, 1 problem eventually got solved after I pointed out legal rights. The other problem did not, while I just asked if they could assist in contacting a store where I initially bought a PNS bib. Would I recommend their products? Yes. Just make sure you don’t have to contact CS in case you have any problems, because they are not gonna help you out. If you want great quality ánd customer service (but a tiny bit less good looking), buy from Rapha instead.

Very disappointing experience

I’ve been waiting over a month for a replacement part that was promised multiple times. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no tracking information and no package. Each time, I’m met with excuses and no real solution. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust their process or communication at this point.

Disappointment related to my recent order

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order with PNS. I purchased an item, on its release day, but it has never been shipped. After two weeks, I was informed that the item is no longer available and that I need to cancel my order to avoid being charged.

This situation has been incredibly frustrating, especially given the lack of explanation or any gesture of compensation for this inconvenience. I expected better communication and support from your team.

Super tolle funktionale Qualität und immer sehr schnell geliefert

Bislang zweimal dort bestellt und innerhalb von zwei Tagen nach Bestellerteilung ist die Zustellung erfolgt. Das war schon super. Die Qualität der Ware ist dem Preis angemessen und sehr hoch und eben auch entsprechend funktional. Werde dort sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal bestellt haben. Bitte macht weiter so!

Fede designs

Fede designs, god pasform og komfort, men kvaliteten er ikke god nok når der betales for en premium kvalitet. Efter 5-10 ganges brug begyndte logo og skrift på min trøje at krakelere og kan falde af når som helst. Kundeservice fortæller mig så, at det er normalt at trøjerne kun holder 1 år… At det må forventes de holder et år, og at jeg kan få en rabatkode på 50% til ny trøje som kompensation. Det er sgu en smule sløjt.

Bad quality and even worser service

I love the design and style of this brand but the quality is very bad for this price and the service even worser. I bought a bib which looked worn after wearing it only a few times. I contacted the company and didn’t accept this complain. I am really disappointed

Quality is bad/ sizing is bad

Quality and sizing is bad. Really bad.
3 Bibs that are 2 years old have large holes in the body straps. They have failed. Again and again. When I asked pas normal to replace them, they said they would. Not. When. I asked them what I should do, they said, stitch fabric behind the increasing/ growing holes. That says it all.

Pas normal are focused on the brand. Not the customer. Not the quality. They do not care!

Die Mechanism Pro Bib Shorts aus der aktuellen PAS Kollektion 2024 ist nicht nur die teuerste Rennrad Short die ich je hatte, es ist auch die Qualitativ schlimmste Short die ich je hatte, diese Hose färbt nur allein durch Schweiß ab, nicht nur das man sich den Rest seiner Bekleidung dadurch versaut, kann das nicht gesund sein. Ich habe PAS darauf hingewiesen und forderte Schadensersatz. Doch anstatt PAS vernünftig reagiert, weisen die alle schuld von sich. PAS sendete mir einen link ihrer Website, Inder steht das ihre Sachen vorgewaschen werden sollen. PAS hat nur eine wichtige Sache dabei vergessen, denn so eine wichtige Information gehört in die Verpackung, nirgendwo steht nur ansatzweise etwas darüber, auch die Händler weisen einen nicht darauf hin. Das ist nicht nur unsportlich, es verstößt vermutlich gegen das EU Pflicht. Ich bin mit dieser Marke fertig und werde auf allen Kanälen die Fotos veröffentlichen.

The Mechanism Pro Bib Shorts from the current PAS 2024 collection is not only the most expensive road bike short I've ever had, it's also the worst quality short I've ever had, these pants only stain by sweat, not only that you mess up the rest of your clothing with it, it can't be healthy. I pointed this out to PAS and claimed compensation. But instead of responding reasonably to PAS, they all blame themselves. PAS sent me a link of their website, Indian says that their things should be pre-washed. PAS has only forgotten one important thing, because such important information belongs in the packaging, nowhere is there anything about it, even the dealers do not point it out. This is not only unsportsman, it probably violates the EU duty. I'm done with this brand and will publish the photos on all channels.

Umtausch in andere Größe nicht möglich. Retoure soll selbst gezahlt werden

Musste eine Regenjacke retournieren, weil die Größenangaben auf der Webseite rein gar nichts mit der Realität zu tun haben. Als XS war mir sogar M zu klein, obwohl ich laut Angaben auf der Webseite S hätte bestellen müssen. Ein Zug im Zug Umtausch in Größe L war nicht möglich. Ich hätte M auf eigene Kosten retournieren sollen und L nochmal gesondert bestellen müssen. Tobias vom Kundenservice war O-Ton nicht klar, warum PNS die Retourenkosten übernehmen sollte.

Die Qualität der Jacke ist zudem nicht annähernd 200 EUR wert.

Meine erste und letzte Bestellung bei dieser vollkommen versnobten Brand.

Ich bin total begeistert!

Die Produkte sind meiner Meinung nach absolute Spitzenklasse. Hochwertige Verarbeitung und eine tolle Optik bieten die Teile auch. Darüber hinaus ist das Crash replacement vom feinsten und der Support sucht in der Fahrradbranche meiner Meinung nach seinesgleichen. Man wird freundlich und schnell angeschrieben und die Probleme werden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst.
Danke dafür, ihr scheint zu wissen und zu verstehen wie man in diesem Segment zu seinen Kunden in sollte. 👍

Fesen kvalitet, dårlig kundeservice

Fin pasform, men dårlig kvalitet. Der gik hul på strømperne efter 14 dage. Da jeg beder om en ombytning får jeg pengene retur. Så kan jeg få lov at betale fragt igen - håbløst, når man har brugt 3.000 kr. hos dem.

Fantastisk kundeservice i butikken i…

Fantastisk kundeservice i butikken i KBH.
Super hjælpsomt personale - som er opmærksomme, uden at være påtrængende, som nogen butiksansatte kan være.
Skulle købe et par oakley x pas normal Studios.
Kontaktede telefonisk, hvor Magnus var super flink og hjælpsom. Da jeg ankommer i butikken bliver jeg kun mødt at samme hjælpsomhed fra Magnus selv, og kollegaer. Tager sig tid til kunderne og fortæller gerne om deres egne oplevelser med produktet.
Virkelig god atmosfære - kæmpe anbefaling, og ikke mindst lækre produkter.

(Og rigtig godt udvalg i butikken)

Leider wurde der Service immer…

Leider wurde der Service immer schlechter.
Ich habe vor 1,5 Jahren gerne bei denen etwas bestellt und der Service war zu dem Zeitpunkt super . Seit gefühlt Anfang 2024 komplett zum negativen gewandelt. Warum????
E Mails werden erst nach Wochen beantwortet oder bleiben unbeantwortet. Reservierung im Store bis heute keine Bestätigung oder jegliche Reaktion. Zahlung mit Klarna wohl nicht mehr möglich somit muss man gleich zahlen nur wenn ich dann Probleme mit der Rücksendung habe wartet man ewig auf sein Geld ?! Sorry das ist mir zu riskant.

Schade!!!!

Falsche Artikel in der Retourenabrechnung

Artikel der Retourensendung wurden nicht korrekt aufgeführt, dadurch wurde der eine BIB nicht als zurückgegeben anerkannt und der Betrag nicht vollständig ersetzt.

Extrem schlechter Service!

Dies ware definitiv mein letzter Einkauf via Online Store bei PNS!
