I just bought a Logo Bidon but the delevery coast was higher than the items it self and they didn’t put the total price when I paid.
So I paid more than 20 juste for one logo bidon at 14 euros and I saw it surprisingly few days later.
What a shame !
PNS doesn't reply to emails
I crashed and ruined my kit. I emailed with photos and proof of purchase but haven't heard back. It's been over 10 days and 3 follow ups with no response. Sent my original e-mail on 12/31 and the only response was an automated "we'll reply after Jan 2nd".
For a perceived high end brand that screen prints PNS on undersized kits, their customer service sucks. I get better service from Alibaba.

This company offers items for sale (Index) every now and then, I have purchased a few items and they are delivered to me via FedEx without issue whatsoever.
I ordered several items a few days ago, sent to me via UPS/pickup at CVS. UPS is charging me US $612.74 cents for pickup (custom fees, etc).
This is outrageous and defeats the purpose of buying their items at a discount (Index). While their products are of high quality, there are other comparable brands that are very transparent in their shipping arrangements. What is the point of selling these items at a discount if one has to deal with UPS obscene hidden fees?
UPS will not release the merchandise until I pay. Unfortunately, I decided to return the items to the shipper. It really breaks my heart.
I think that offering zero shipment costs at the time of purchasing was very confusing.
I have purchased index items from PNS before, delivered to my home via FedEx home delivery and there were zero hidden costs. I am left scratching my head.
This experience has been so untoward and deflating that I do not see myself ever buying their products ever again.
I have reached out to their customer service portal several times and I haven’t received a reply.
This is so frustrating, other people should know how poorly I have been treated as a customer.

I ordered an Mechanism Kit
I ordered an Mechanism Kit, had it on maybe 8-10 times and washed it maybe 3-4 times by hand.. the top fell apart.. the knit line went open on the whole arm and neck.. so I sent it in and they refused it, they assume I stabbed it with a knife or a sharp tool… 180€ for the bin! Absolute disappointment, wouldn‘t recommend anyone buying from this brand even though I know it has a hype!
Charged but items never arrived
This is my first experience ordering from PAS. Payment was taken straight away and the oder was dispatched swiftly but sadly did not turn up. Fed ex stated that the parcel was handed to me even though I was away working. I reported the missing parcel once home but received no response. Despite emailing manyl times I received no response from PAS, until I threatened a charge back through my bank. Ten days later nothing as been resolved. I am over £300 short and have non of the items.
Please think twice before ordering and please do not expect good after sales service. Upset and disappointed!!!!!

Jeg ringede klokken 15:45 i dag for at spørge om jeg please kunne få lov til at komme lige omkring lukketid for at købe en gave til en fødselsdag i aften. Ekspedienten i den anden ende af røret, Victor, sagde, at de lukkede klokken 16:00 sharp, og jeg sagde, at jeg ville forsøge at nå det. Jeg var ude foran butikken klokken 16:01 og der var totalt sort og ikke et øje inde i butikken… Så han/de havde travlt med at komme hjem, I guess - måske endda før klokken 16:00. Jeg er ikke imponeret over serviceniveauet 😤

Wahnsinnig schöne Artikel in tollen Farben. Lieferung unglaublich schnell, ich war beeindruckt! Kleiner Punktabzug dafür, dass die Jerseys wirklich wahnsinnig klein geschnitten sind.
Worst customer experience
Bought an expensive jacket 2 months ago and have sued it less than 5 times. There is already sign of usage - it doesn't live up to the quality promised and expected.
The manager in the Pas Normal store on Nordhavn had mistrust in me and didn't believe that I hadn't fallen or used the jacket so few times. I got absolutely know understanding from him or the customer service.
Shipping problems with PNS..
My first 4 orders placed with PNS... between September 3rd 2022 and November 15, 2022, total $2K roughly. I did not have any issues receiving my orders and the products are of very good quality. I also had to return two items and had no real issues. However, recently I received a very large bill from Federal Express, claiming that I owed for $284 in shipping charges. I was not aware of any additional shipping charges, as according to PNS's shipping agreements... purchases exceeding $250 USD would be an additional $30 USD. When I contacted PNS, they were not willing to help and directed me to their shipping policy, which clearly states that the shipping is free. Either these people are stupid or they are playing games. Let me be clear... the quality of their products is exceptional and well worth the price and I'll probably placed another order... when I get this issue resolved. However, my issue is with shipping and of the 4 orders that I placed, I received one bill for one of the orders. It's possible that they used FedEx for one of the orders and DHL for another. This is not clear, but they were not able to assist me. I'm stuck paying the bill to FedEx. I'm not sure what the resolution is here, but I think you're rolling the dice when ordering outside the US. Hopefully this will be helpful to someone.

Habe bislang dreimal im Onlineshop bestellt und jedesmal musste ein Artikel, aus nicht gefallen oder anderen gründen zurück schicken. War stets unkompliziert und nach Erhalt der Rücksendung, wurde der Betrag am selbigen Tag per Kreidkarte oder Paypal gutgeschrieben. Echt top!
Der Preis ist schon recht gehoben, jedoch zahlt man eben auch für den Lifestyle und die Qualität ist bombe. Die Bib Shorts sind bislang die besten die ich für meine Touren hatte und die Qualität und haptik von den Stoffen sind mega. Kleiner Hinweis, wer wie ich eher muskulär ist, der sollte stets zu 1-2 Nummern größer kaufen. Der Jersey Stoff hat einen sehr Jochen stretching Anteil, jedoch fallen die Größen eher nach Asiatischen Maß aus. Das unbedingt beachten.
Ab einem Bestellwert von 300€ bekommt man desöffteren sogar noch gratis stuff wie Trinkflaschen etc., kostenfrei dazu, echt nettes Nice to have.
Von meiner Seite, ein sehr seriöses Unternehmen und vor allem sehr kulant. Falls Fragen sind, wird einem per E-Mail auch stets professionell und zeitnah geholfen. Dafür klare 5-Sterne Bewertung.
Awesome customer service
Awesome customer service. After my girlfriend ordered mutliple pns products for my birthday but one shirt was to small we had to send it back. As she then had covid pns extended the return time with no question. When I accidentally sent the wrong package back with my Wahoo charging cable, they immediately sent it back to me at no extra cost and created a new return label (also at no extra cost) with which I could send the correct shirt back. Fast replies, nice support and moreover: awesome quality of the products.

Super dårlig oplevelse. Jeg har forsøgt at komme i kontakt med Pas Normal i en uge nu; jeg har ringet hver dag, sendt mail, lagt telefonsvarebesked og skrevet til dem på Facebook. Nu kan jeg ikke en gang ringe længere uden at komme på telefonsvarebesked. Jeg ønsker mine varer returneret, men jeg har endnu ikke modtaget min returlabel. Under ALT kritik. Hvor er det skuffende. Jeg havde højere forventinger til Pas Normal.
Absolutely not recommended
I received a defective product , PAS NORMAL STUDIOS not willing to send me new product , instead they asked me to keep product and take 25% refund . Cost me time and at the end of the day i will wear an defective product (I will never were it) . Very disappointed absolutely not recommended.
