Please review your Shipping Partner. Although everyone of us understands the issues that occure with the Covid19 situaton but it cannot be that it takes over 20 days to get shippepment, TNT Greece lost the shippment and did not know how it forwarded it to our finaly destination. We just got the shippment delivered.

This product is intended solely for IT racks, and does not fit on threaded rack rails, which are thicker and the threaded holes are too small for the pin to fit in.
Product seems well built, but will not work on my racks as they are portable entertainment racks. Maybe they can make a entertainment version......

The SETUP.EXE is designed to fit any rack type with square punched holes. The SETUP.EXE can also be configured to match the thickness of 19" rails by simply adjusting the configuration nuts on either arm of the unit.
