I am still waiting for my product what I ordered over a week ago, I have sent them a email, but not heard anything from them yet. I am still waiting still.

Course is ok, several pages of it being scans of a book, but customer service is dire. On completion of the course you have to request your certificate by email. I've sent two separate emails to this company now , using the address given at the end of the course and in over 3 weeks I've had no response at all. Wasted my money.

I recently purchased the first aid course in order to refresh myself with canine first aid and to gain a more recent certificate.
The course was easy to understand, with multiple choice questions.
The bonus is that you get life-time access to the course content which a lot of providers don’t offer.

My PawAid kit arrived on time well packaged it looks great and there are so many needed items inside l have 4 dog’s and sometimes they end up with cuts with people leaving glass or broken cans on the grass that we don’t always see and l need to be able to help my dogs or help anyone els that needs some medical help with bandages well worth the money

Easy to follow with step by step instructions. This was a refresher for me and was just right for the procedures and info. that I was rusty on

Good set of equipment but the eye washes came bust and liquid everywhere such a shame. Few things needed to be binned
