Scam seller. Do not purchase. Fleeced me of $270. No goods. Ran me around in circles over a period of 2 months. Lied via email. Caught them out. Now no contact.

Extremely unethical company. Avoid at all costs

Very unethical company. I only used the service for 3-4 months and then, as happens, forgot about it and didn't realise it was set to auto renew after a year. Zero warnings about the renewal date approaching, just £60 then taken from my account. When I approached them immediately and said I didn't need the service and hadn't used it for 8 months, they refused to refund the subscription. Zero care about operating with ethics or care for the customer, just money hungry. Avoid this company at all costs

Emails still ignored

Emails still ignored, have only responded once I’ve put negotiable feed back on here and still not received my 7.99 x 5 subscription fees or the additional £41.98 paid for the rest of the collars!!

I have looked into this for you and can assure you that the money has been refunded. I will go ahead and email you proof of this. The refund can take up to 14 days to appear in your bank statement so we apologise for this.

Don't waste your money!

Don't waste your money on this "tracker"! So incredibly inacurate it was unusable. It would never reliably go from wifi to GPS and the GPS was ridiculously inaccurate. It never once showed my cat in the correct location. He could be in my house or garden in view and the tracker would show as across the road up on a hill or 4 houses away. It's just too inaccurate to be of any use. I sent many emails back and forth with the company and they finally admitted that it's benifit comes if the cat travels really far from home like some one picks them up in a car and drives away with them and then you can see they aren't anywhere near your house/are on the other side of town. Uhh what's not what their site advertises, i want to see where my cat is accurately. They also wouldn't refund the collar or the remaining amount of the annual subscription! Hopefully they've actually canceled the subscription. I won't find out until they charge my card again or not.

With the positions, you were getting it does sound as if your collar struggled to get into wifi when inside, leading to these inaccurate positions as it did not have a strong GPS signal. If you have asked to cancel this subscription or refund this within your first 14 days of receiving the collar, please forward that email to us and we are happy to refund this on its return. I am so sorry about these issues you have had and hope you have a lovely rest of your day.

Ridiculous collar despite their claims…

Ridiculous collar despite their claims this is the best thing since sliced bread. Been told it can take 8 hours to get signal and to leave collar outside overnight. Still nothing working. Imagine buying a mobile phone and being told it will take 8 hours to get signal!? This suggests very very poor technology. Do not buy! Awful! Seems all recent reviews are saying the exact same thing so beware. "The Best GPS cat Tracker available." Eh not even close!!

I am so sorry about the issues you have had with the collar.

As our collar is being shipped all over the globe, its initial position is in England where we test this out for you. Once it arrives with you, it has to connect to the satellite in the sky to register its new position at your home. We are sorry that this takes some time depending on your location in the world but as we need the collar to be as small as possible, the antenna inside is also small. Once it establishes this initial position it will have no problem moving around in your country.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Absolute worst company to deal with. I'd give them negative rating if I could. The product does not work. They send false data to claim it does. Cat was inside and they claimed she was wandering around out side. I asked for a refund and it was ignored. they take forever to respond. Then a year later had the gall to bill me for another year of service. After I complained they about that they said they would finally refund the product and i never heard from them again.

When our collar is not in wifi these false positions can occur. This is due to the collar being inside and unable to connect to a strong GPS position. It has a general idea of its location and this is why the positions seem sporadic.

If this collar was returned to us in the first year we can absolutely go ahead and refund you for this. I am sorry for the lack of response on our behalf as we have been busy. Terrible collar- doesn't work and is of poor quality. As others have said, the customer service is horrible. They claimed to have cancelled via email, but then continued to charge. There are much better companies and collars out there.

I do believe that we have dealt with this issue the day that you came in but if you have any more ongoing payments with us then please let us know.

It seems you had two subscriptions, one monthly and an annual. We cancelled that monthly one as per your request in order to make it annual and we have now refunded the difference. At that time, we were not aware that you wanted to cancel the annual as well.

Both are now cancelled and no further payment will be taken.

Terrible customer service

I have purchased collar but wasn’t happy with how long battery lasted and my cat managed to take it of multiple times. I have requested a refund. I was send email with instruction where to send it. I returned the product as per instruction but never received my refund. Customer service is absolutely shocking. When I requested an update on refund I was asked to provide tracking information for the return which I did. Since then no response. Refund requested within 14 days since purchase but no monies returned. I understand we all get busy but to completely ignore customer it’s discussing.

take your money elsewhere - buyer beware

Do not buy from this company

You have to buy a subscription on top of the collars (not clearly stated when buying the collars), then the collars don’t work & you can’t set them up, then they say to return them but refuse to refund your subscription until you return the collars, them they sign for the collars you have returned & then they ghost you.

The purchased digital subscription is never recognised and you have no account.

The company stops communicating with you the moment they get the collars back that they can send out to other unwitting customers.

Do not buy this.

Have reported them to trading standards & the police for theft & fraud.

Edit: responding to the stock standard response below: we went through trying to fix it. My account doesn’t exist for a paid subscription & you have signed for the return of the collars but have not issued the refund. That is called selling fraudulent goods & theft.
And I have emailed 3 times in the past week and you haven’t responded.

I am so sorry about the fact that you are having a problem getting hold of us. Please can you email in again and we are happy to deal with this problem for you?

With the subscriptions, you would be unable to add the collar to your basket without going through the subscription page that explains all the details. A lot of trackers do have this subscription but I am sorry that you found ours was not very clear. We will work on improving our website.

The account you create via the app would have needed to be under the same email in which you purchased the subscription. You would need to log in and out again for this to be recognised or if you have any issues we can fix things for you from our end.

I ordered a pawtrack collar for use in…

I ordered a pawtrack collar for use in Australia and despite some limited support from the company it never worked. I paid in full for both the collar and gps tracking yet the company continues to debit my account. I return the product to the UK as they would not entertain a refund until I did so. Now they refuse to answer my emails and continue to debit my account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY A COMPLETE RIP OFF -Bruce Peters - Australia

I note the company’s reply and say this: I paid in full for the GPS tracking at the time of purchase yet you debited my account monthly. The product never worked and was returned at your insistence. Now as a courtesy you offer to refund 3 months of debits. Your response only came after posting warnings on your Face Book page to other would be buyers I have returned the product I expect nothing less than a full refund especially after you have double dipped my account which amounts to fraudulent conduct

FURTHERMORE, I received an email from pawtrack dated 16 August 2022 in which I was told “ we must have the product returned to us to cancel the account” When I did return the product they did nothing I paid a full year up front and then they commenced monthly debits of my account NOW they have the audacity to offer me 3 of the six months they stole and no credit for the collar returned

The collar you purchased 5 months ago you contacted to let us know you were having issues. We sent over the solution for you and did not hear back from you until last month, in which you stated you had returned this collar. You did not contact us to confirm this and get a return shipping label, or to confirm that your collar was no longer working.

We have cancelled the subscription for you and refunded the charges dating back to your request of cancellation. I am unsure why the collar was returned outside of the 14 return period, so please can you get in contact with us at help@pawtrack.com with the email address which you used to converse with us on the matter.

A couple of teething problems

I had a few teething problems when I first received my collar with getting a GPS location and connecting to my home wifi, however after a few emails back and forth between their customer services team and having received helpful tips for wifi connection I am now up and running. They have mentioned a new battery saving feature which I look forward to as I can safely get 36-48 ours battery life before I need to consider swapping these over, should this come into play soon and it plays out as well as the Pawtrack team are hoping it will, I will update my review accordingly

Difficult to cancel membership

Helpful to use this tracker. Customer service reps were responsive, nice, and professional when I needed help replacing a lost item and getting new batteries. However, they have not responded to 1 single request to cancel my membership. I have reached out over 4 times in 3 weeks. This membership auto renewed, and a customer service rep will not respond to my request for help to cancel.

I had a few issues at first with the collar being too big for my cat, however Pawtrack were quick to respond to my email offering to swap this for a larger size. The time for the replacement being sent was reasonable and since then it has worked as expected

Very useful for my dog

As far as collar design goes, I feel like the battery housing could be a little flatter. I actually put this on my dog, even though it is designed for cats, but as she is small it still fitted fine. The tracking is great when we are out and about walking but I have had some issues getting this into WiFi. I have contacted the help desk and thus far they have been very helpful and managed to do it for me (fingers crossed it works!). We find the collar very helpful over all, it's good to look back and see where we have been. The reason we went with this collar is because it is an all in one tracker and not something to add onto the collar. As she is so small, anything added to the collar would be too much so this all in one is the best shout. I know they've done some maintenance on the app so I'm hoping things are a little smoother now going forward but I would recommend the product to anyone looking for a tracker not only for their cat, but for their small dogs too.

We do have quite a few customers that find our collar fits on their small dogs, like chihuahuas, so I am so glad it was able to fit yours! We are working on making the battery unit flatter and increasing its longevity. In addition, we hope to branch out to any bigger dogs in the future if you find yourself with another dog so please keep an eye out on our website for that!

With the Wifi, I can only apologise for the inconvenience that you have had getting that set up.
