My last experience dates back to December 2023 when more money was taken from my account even though I'd given Pawtrack three months notice to end the contract. The only way you can stop money being taken is to contact you bank's Dispute Dept and get them to Blacklist the company on your account. It helps if you've kept a copy of the email giving them notice and you can let the bank have that. At the very least you should go through the giving of notice process so you are armed with that for the next time money is taken and there will be a next time unless your card Expires naturally. My bank actually got my money back just before Christmas. I hope this review helps others.

Company no longer exists

I am getting very frustrated with these people. Their website no longer exists, all emails get blocked as undeliverable and the phone never gets answered, but they keep taking money from my account without my permission - next stop might be a police contact - avoid at all costs

Fraudster

Got my bank details and keep taking money long after I told them to stop. The help@pawtrack email is blocked and the phone number is permanently engaged.

The cat dropped the collar somewhere within a few days and Pawtrack still ripping me off two years later.

Pawtrack, uncontactable but repeat charge for no service

Pawtrack continue to charge my credit card six months after tracker stopped working. Emailed via ContactUs service (when they still had a website). Still charging 18 months later. Website down, Phone App doesn't connect to server and support email shown on Stripe invoice are rejected. Company accounts show they owed nearly half a million pounds over a year ago.

Where is the company now?

The app has stopped working and I had paid for a subscription. The website doesn’t work and I see the company has been issued a Gazette first notice for compulsory strike off

What happened to this company

What happened to this company? went bankrupt? the company closed? Their website no longer works, neither does the app. Pawtrack support emails no longer work. Does anyone know how to contact the company?

Don't buy from PawTrack

Don't buy from PawTrack unless you are happy for payments to be taken from your account repeatedly and fraudulently. I purchased a collar for my cat which did not work at all so I returned it and PawTrack acknowledged this but that have continued to debit my card. The fraud team at Barclycard are pursing my dispute.

Beware don't buy

Beware. I sent my collar back shortly after purchase and had to go through my bank to get my money back. They have still been taking money frtom my account for the GPS service! which of courese I cancelled when I sent the collar back. I have recently had to put a block on my account

I have written a review before

I have written a review before. Stating how great they are. HOWEVER then minute you have an issue WOW so different. No reply, no help! Like the others, I have been trying to cancel since March 2023 and they are still taking a payment every month now in October and the bank has raised a dispute and they still take it 😡

Avoid.

I purchased a collar and a subscription. Found the collar to be unreliable and asked to return it for a refund (in line with refund policy). The company confirmed that performance issues were known. I sent the physical collar back to the UK. Never received a refund for the collar nor the subscription. Was auto billed this year and could not get hold of company to cancel or reverse this. And am unable to log into app.

Ive tried also getting in contact by emails and phone during the spring. I do not what subscription and was charged again back in may 2023. I have blocked Pawtrack from my credit card by contacting the credit card company in May. PawTrack website is down, and found their LinkedIn site. They operate smarterpet.uk now and owners found on LinkedIn.

Selling non-existing products

I first became a customer 2 years ago and my experience was fine.

In January i purchased 2 new collars.
Customer service wasn't great or supportive but once the collars arrived all was fine.
Until they stopped working in July.
I am disgusted that this company is still allowed to operate.
I paid for 1 year subscription and both collars suddenly stopped working after 6 months.
Multiple emails to the company and director itself with no response from anyone. Phone number is out of service, found mob number for the director who also didn't asnwer the phone.
Reported the company but the government allowed them to continue and isn't going to do anything about it. Now to fight with my bank to try and get the money back.

Jeremy Price, Oversteps House Brixham Road, Kingswear, Dartmouth, Devon, TQ6 0DY; you should be ashamed of yourself.

Unreliable and difficult to contact

I contacted them a couple of months before my subscription renewal since I didn’t want to use the service. I contacted them again in July after they had charged me for the renewal and I have had no contact and no refund
