Pax 3 quit working in less than a year . Customer service is non existent

DO NOT BUY FROM PAX !!!!

Filled out four support tickets so far for a PAX Plus purchased 7/22/23 that just died Feb. 2024. Haven’t heard zip on their “10 year warranty.”

The PAX stopped pulling well after 6 months of use. I tried cleaning it dozens of times, even stopped using it for a many months.

Started using it again and it doesn't pull and now doesn't charge. Took days and days of customer service responding every 48 hours. They send a replacement, it's delayed. They don't have my version in stock, and they won't provide the color of the previous one even though they have it. Fine, whatever.

I receive it and it's missing the raised mouthpiece. I exclusively use that as it's difficult for me to turn it on and off with the flat mouth piece (arthritis in hands). They say the raised mouthpiece isn't covered by warranty. So the charger, cleaning supplies, screen, multiple lids, device are all covered, but not the raised mouthpiece?

Never buying Pax again and will discourage others from using it.

I am frustrated with the device It shows fully charged but i can only do 2 sessions with it and it’s so annoying.

i’m 19 and have a fully legal medical marijuana card in FL and they won’t allow me to buy anything because i’m not 21, despite being fully legal. I’m trying to not use carts as much so the pax vaporizers seemed like a very good alternative. i guess i’ll never know.

Ordered the Pax Mini, in designer color, at upcharge.
Received an item which doesnt work.
Support first *denied* the S/N, until provided photo proof, then condescendingly sent the same instructions included in the package.
Then asked many questions over SEVERAL emails, over a week+, about the lights and colors, eventually telling me that “ producing vapor is not under warranty”.
Pax sent a *vape* which does not *vape*, but has pretty lights. A vape not warranted to vape.
Did you catch that?
Refuses to replace/refund.
Do NOT, NOT, NOT order from this company. No recourse for subpar items.
Absolutely wild scenario of sending out cute items with no functionality.
Run. Tell your friends.

No phone number and no response to support ticket for package that never arrived! Don’t give them your money!

Horrible customer service. No tutorial. No videos. No explanation. No troubleshooting. No real Q & A. No refunds. You just overpay for a product that DOESN'T WORK and then there is no recourse.

It seemed that was not a function on pax that allows you to connect with an app that measures a how much you smoke so that you add it to your Heads up Health app that your Doctor uses to aggregate your health data. Real lack of imagination in my view.

I ordered a pax that said “periwinkle” with an image of a purple vape and I got a dark blue colored vape. They won’t fulfill the return because the box has been opened. The image was a very inaccurate representation of what I received.

The Pax 3 vaunts its app. What they don´t tell you is that the app is TOO OLD for newer smartphones. Customer service was abysmal. Basically, they said...yeah, we know and we´´ll update our app EVENTUALLY (their words).
The vaporiser itself is a very nice bit of kit. However, the lack of an app makes the experience less than satisfactory. Note that there is no mention of the out-of-date app in their information which does seem rather fraudulent and misleading which leads one to presume that this lack of concern is company-wide.

I love pax and have owned a pax 2 2x pax 3 and have just bought a pax plus. I love the pax products they have been a game changer for me and my health. They last a long time and are very resilient, my only concern I might raise is that the rubber around the operating button degrades after a few years. Consequently the button becomes difficult to operate eventually and my otherwise functional pax vape is eventually rendered useless.

I have recently contacted PAX Support Team as my PAX 3, purchased in November 2017, began to malfunction (issues with charging and switching on/off). The Support Team was polite, prompt and, above all, helpful. After a brief exchange of emails, my case has been quickly dealt with. To top everything up and to my pleasant surprise, as a replacement I was sent PAX Plus which is the newer model. PAX not only does one of the best conductive vaporisers but, as described above, is very good on honouring their 10-year warranty. Thank you!

Bought Pax Mini last May 2023. Unit would not create any smoke, tried all FAQ from Pax and would not work. Emailed PAX for service, they asked me to video while of me using product, video of packing the buds in the oven, video taking the drag. After sending video, they said there is nothing wrong with the product because their LED light did not indicate a malfunction. I have a $150 + tax paperweight. I asked to send the product in so they can determine if broken, and they would not allow me to send it in even at my own expense. PAX is absolutely the worse company in this space. Awful and stressful to deal with their "customer service". All they do is politely apologize and basically blame the customer for defects in their product. Warranty is 4 years and mine never worked despite literally 10-plus emails begging them to take the product back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company by all means.

Abysmal customer service. Got an ERA LIFE battery, after fully charging the device, within 4 draws it would show low battery. The battery would show fully charged as I plugged it back in immediately. Every time i reached out to customer service they would refer me to the FAQ page. Just a lazy company really.

Honestly, terrible customer service and policies. My device broke within months of purchase, they sent me a different colour as replacement which is intensely disappointing considering most of the appeal of PAX is the aesthetic, and I’m now left with a device I don’t like. They wouldn’t even replace the mouthpiece, I was only sent the oven and so now have a mismatched set. They suggested I buy a silicone sleeve to hide the colour, which is baffling to essentially ask me to spend more money. Through the whole of my interaction with customer support, they have given me incorrect, unconsidered and conflicting responses. Wish I’d never bought the device in the first place. Don’t bother.

They stop charging within 8 months or so used to be good been buying 8 years but last 3 all dead in a year

Pax labs took my money and sent me a fake tracking number buyer beware!

I purchased the pax 3 color black, within 6 month’s the finish started wearing off around the mouthpiece and around the oven chamber.
I immediately contacted pax customers service and was first told warranty does not cover accidental damages. So I contacted them again and was told warranty does not cover cosmetic issues.
I’m beyond disappointed. I had purchased a pax 2 years ago that still works and so issues with paint wearing off.

Purchased Pax Mini in June 2022. By Spring 2023, the device has stopped producing much vapor. Chambers, pipe cavity, mouthpiece, etc. always kept clean. Emailed the company scores of times since the beginning of this summer, and they refuse to help me. Fraudulent company producing fraudulent products trying to avoid accountability. These criminals need to be jailed.
