Although I really, really, really try to shop local, Payaler provides such good quality clothes for such a great price. The only thing is I wish I could get them sooner...shipping from China takes such a long time.

I was surprised how quickly the sweaters came. Last time it took almost three months!
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they’ll exchange but I had to pay another $15 for shipping - which seems high. I do love the sweaters though!

I love the look and feel of the sweaters. They will be comfy and cozy at the office this winter. I love how Payaler gives updates on the shipments so you know when to expect the delivery.

Shipping takes a loooooooong time this is my second order and it was slightly faster than my first

They just steal your money and don’t send any product. I ordered 3 shirts, paid $94. Contacted them multiple times NO RESPONSE. Don’t do business with them. Scam.

Very very surprised the fabrics are decent and the quality is much better than I expected.

I really like the purchases I made. The shirts are not as soft as I was expecting based on reviews I read, but over all I'm happy. The sweater I purchased does have an unusual smell, but I'm hoping that will disappear once the shirt airs out. My only disappointing thing was the shipping time. It took well over a week once I received the shipping notification for any information to be updated on the tracking and then it took another week to receive my items.

The item is purchased was not wearable Excellent customer service This is the second time I've ordered - 2 dresses instead of the one first go-round. I can't believe how darling they are and so well made. I've never spent so little on an item of clothing and felt so good - about the quality and stylish look of each item. Will be back for more!

I ordered a top and when it arrived I learned that I had ordered the wrong size. I sent customer service an email explaining my dilemma. They agreed to send another top of the correct size at no charge if I would pay the postage. They did not want me to send the wrong one back. I gave it to my granddaughter. We are both happy. Great company to work with.

Top notch company! I’m glad that I found Payaler this is my 3rd order. Love these clothes, Softest material I ever had on! Prices are inline with other companies. I will be ordering again.
