Hace una semana compré el nuevo Glorious Model I. Este ratón es excelente, no hay fallos en él. Me gusta que hayan hecho compatible este ratón con el Software Glorious Core el cual es el mejor Software de Glorious. El precio del mismo está bastante accesible. En cuanto a la calidad de construcción del Model I al igual que todos los demás modelos como el Model O y D tanto como Wireless y Wired están bastante buenos, la verdad. La ligereza de este es literal algo que no se siente, es como una pluma en tu mano. Es por esto que califico a @Glorious como excelente.
PD: Glorious, if you're reading this, you guys are doing a great job.

I bought a GMMK 1 keyboard, after 6 month I still have no problems on it. For a custom keyboard the prices are alright and the keyboard is great. The shipping method tho is a bit slow tho (I live in europe and I had to wait ~2/3 weeks for shipping).

Ordered a mouse that took a week to receive. The website said shipping is 2-5 days. They didn't mention it would take 3days to get to DHL. DHL had the label ready for 2+days before they got the mouse to ship. Basically, they made sure it took the maximum allowable time for mw to receive it.
All of this for $10 shipping charge. I called for clarification after I saw the label was waiting for the package and I was basically told what I was reading on the tracking site wasn't what it said. It felt like "it will get there when it gets there" was the response I got from PC Gaming Race.
Wrist rest are terrible.
Ordered some wrist rests from them. They don't last more than a few months. Then start to arch up and no longer sit flat on your desk.

Just look at the reviews it speaks for it self. Do not buy from these scammers, never never. I never got my package and dhl neither. So I tried to contact gmmk's support and they're all straight dummies that don't care at all. I had to call my bank to call fraud on these thieves. That's how bad is their service.

They advert their mousepads to be white. Let me tell you they are NOT... They`re literally light blue. My mousepad arrived with what looked like coffee stains on it? Definitely not buying from them again.
Copy Paste Customer Service.
Title explains it all. You reach out for customer service, and they'll send you copy pasted instructions on how to do what you already told them you did.
If you want something good, avoid Glorious. The quality of their product is no different than Walmart, Target, or Amazon while their customer support is nonexistent.
Side note; a forum? Yeah, that isn't customer support, or service.
Defective polycarbonate plate - poor service
Got an earlier? revision of the GMMK Pro polycarbonate plate which is plagued by the infamous issue whereby it's too small and does not fit the PCB properly, causing:
- The entire PCB to bend
- Does not fit the stabilizers stock + durockv2s
- Cracks in plate from expansion from poor stabilizer fitment
- Switches pop out due to being loose from the bent PCB/plate
Many others also have the same issue as evident in the product review section, reached out to Glorious and service rep "Vlad" just copy/pastes the installation tutorial spammed throughout the review section and have failed to assist, fails to acknowledge the common issue with the polycarbonate plate.
Such as shame as I had a much better experience with the Keychron Q1 Knob + Polycarbonate plate, an overall higher quality board & components.
Never going to buy a mouse
Never going to buy a mouse, keyboard, headset from this company again.
My mouse scroll started to make sounds after 1-2 weeks. Mouse4 and mouse5 started to getting "loose" and after another 1-2 weeks mouse5 dont work at all.
Contacted the support about this and provided them with proof of receipt in my name, video proof and serialnumber (even that serialnumber is on the receipt)
"Can you provide video proof where you record receipt, mouse and the serial number in the same recording"
Receipt > PDF on the email.
So they want me to record the screen in middle of everything.
Never again!
If i could give this company a 0 star, i would.
A+++ Customer Service
People can say what they want about the product, but I'll tell you one thing, the customer service is top notch. I was hammering them with questions for two weeks now and they've always hit me back in a reasonable time *that day*. Even on weekends when they aren't even supposed to be working. Very friendly, very customer focused. Absolutely won me over even before I touched a product and that's why I am a customer for life.

Great customer service
My Helios mouse pad was completely worn down within 6 months and customer support replaced it with the new Elements Air without issue. I got a response within about 30 minutes and within an hour it was all sorted, and I have just received a shipping confirmation a day later. I can't fault the service I have received.

Unfortunately I purchased the product from non verified dealer so I didn't get the purchase receipt so I can't claim warranty, I wanted to alarm you guys do not purchase their nasty good looking mouse, etc.
3 MODEL D in a MONTH!
1st MODEL D came with non functioning side buttons
2nd MODEL D developed a side flex that felt horrible, it's like the mouse is falling apart. 2 Weeks later, the rgb broke.
3rd MODEL D developed the same side flex. I realized it could be fixed by slightly releasing the tension on the back screws. But then... The Left Mouse button started feeling horrible with no travel.
OVERALL: Yes, it is light, comfortable, pretty, but it's not a working product and by 3 copies, I guess it will never be
Quick, easy, great support
After a long while of dealing with an issue with my mouse, I was finally able to reach out to Glorious for a replacement. The ticket was received and responded to in minutes, and now the replacement is heading straight to me. The support was kind and simple.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
My Model O wireless mouses scroll wheel started sqeaking. I contacted customer support, they were very helpful, and when I told them I didnt have any kind of lube to lube the scroll wheel with, they sent out a pack of G-Lube and replacement mouse feet FOR FREE (worth about 18$)

Defective product after < 4 months.
Premium mouse product at premium price. Lasted less than 4 months. Uk vendor Computer Orbit (via Amazon) would not help & subsequently filed an Amazon A-Z claim and won receiving a full refund from Amazon.
Placed an order for a mousepad
Placed an order for a mousepad. Received order confirmation with tracking info. When I try to track it the tracking number says it is waiting on package from sender. Sender created the tracking info and shipping label but that's it. After two weeks every time I contact them they say it was sent buy another carrier (DHL) and when USPS gets my package than I can track it. So after two weeks DHL supposedly hasn't been able to get it to a post office? When I try to cancel my order their system says order not found. When I try to cancel through chat they say they can't. I have to return it....even though I didn't get it.
They are happy to take your money and happy to run you in circles when you contact them...kept telling me to wait and if an exceptional amount of time has passed let them know. As a seller why would you send a package you can't track as soon as it leaves your facility. Bad business and bad operational procedures.
Not so Glorious after all
I have supported this company for years, have recommended their products to many friends and really just feel let down.
I first bought the Glorious Model O mouse back in 2018, I thought the mouse was amazing value for the money, so light and it looked great as well. I have been singing the companies prases for years, purchasing wrist rests for my keyboard and mouse.
My desk space has been cramped recently and I felt it was time for an upgrade, I visited the Glorious website to look at the wireless mouse and saw the GMMK Pro.
I decided to take the leap and purchased the GMMK Pro, Wireless Mouse, Keycaps, Keyboard Case, keyboard switches the whole lot, almost $400 worth of stuff.
After a few days there was no tracking details so I contacted Glorious, they told me the package had to be split because they didn't have the stock in 1 single warehouse. Glorious provided 3 separate tracking details for the 3 separate packages...
Over the next few days only 1 of the tracking numbers was updated, the one parcel with only a keyboard case and keybaord switches in it (useless without the keyboard). I contacted Glorious about this and they assured me that the packages were handed over to the carrier despite USPS telling me they didn't have them and that if they were handed over on the dates that Glorious had given me then they would have a note of receiving them.
Another week went by and no update on the tracking details, I contacted Glorious again and they said they would need to wait for some to pass before they could consider the package "lost". This is a joke, the package has never been dispatched nevermind being lost.
Now another week has passed and I have received a delivery from Glorious for the keyboard case and switches only, no keyboard, no mouse, no keycaps, nothing else has been dispatched and their customer service wont help at all.
I will no longer support this company, I purchased from them direct to give them the best support and they have let me down. Weeks have passed and I don't have the items I paid for and its seems like more weeks will pass before they actually send them out then another 2 weeks for them to actually be delivered. Can't be bothered with that so I will be asking for all items to be refunded and I will buy a keyboard and mouse from a company that can actually deliver.
