I ordered 2 mouses for my son 20 days ago. They sent an email right away saying it shipped and every day I checked it only said "label created". The order has still not shipped. They have NO customer service at all. Look on Facebook. MANY people complaining about never receiving their orders. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Some of the best products out there and at a fair price. Had a quality issue with an old mouse, which obviously wasnt a great experience, but I got a replacement without too much trouble.

I bought the glorious model O and everything about it is very professional and I can see little to no difference to a top of the range models but 5x cheaper. At £50, the honeycomb style is very smooth and the mouse will fit almost every grip.

Yesterday shipping costs is 20$, today its 30$..

Makes you hand over all your info. BEFORE giving a shipping quote - that's lame.

extremely bad support, mouse button was dying, they wouldn't do anything until it fully died, highly recommend people to avoid these cowboys, buy from proper brands.

I had a few little holes in my mousepad and they were able to give me instore credit or a free new mouse pad awesome response time too!

Bought the model d today and have used it for 2 hours so far. II have used 4 high tier gaming mouses, steelseries, corsair etc. And these mouse buttons are the worst placed buttons Ive ever seen. Bulky and too centered. When attempting to press the back mouse button I just end up pressing both buttons due to the placement of the buttons. I tried multiple different ways of countering the horrible placement of the buttons I moved my hand and mouse position. I could not get past it and when I do change my hand position, it ends up making me lose accuracy due to the shape of the mouse. The mouse feels very responsive and very fast compared to the other mouses, however the mouse buttons have ruined this mouse and I will be selling it. Learn to develop your products and where the mouse buttons sit.

I pre ordered my mouse in July
I got no notification up until September for shipping (at my inquiry)
They shipped my mouse with an incomplete address and claimed that I did not complete the shipping address correctly, which I did.
When I was asked to pay for shipping again (since it was returned) I advised that I had entered a complete address, however they refunded the item without me asking,
Complete nonsense.

I ordered a mouse for my brother in May for his birthday and it’s already almost September and I still have not received it. I even paid for fast shipping... Do not buy from this company.

My son used his pocket money to buy a (not cheap) cool mouse from Glorious PC Gaming Race in March. After 2 months it failed to work so he contacted Glorious and they said that the problem was the cord and they would send him a new cord to fit, free of charge. It took several months to get this cord but finally it arrived. Having followed the instructions, it was fitted and made no difference. The mouse still did not work. Several emails later, we are now in July and the company is not responding. I would say, do not buy anything from this company as if anything goes wrong you are left with a product that doesn't work and the company does not respond. Very poor

The model O- only needed five days to arrive and after one year it’s so good like the first day.

I waited 3 months and havnet Got my package, i testes glorious but they are ignoring my messages!!!!

they lie about compatitablity regading key caps and keyboard and keycaps. try to make me pay twice ignore messages (Aloe supporter saod) that it was a fit. sp thats false adversiting. scam scam scam

I ordered gaming mouse in April for sons birthday. Emailed them in May to ask why I hadn't received an order confirmation for them to say they haven't had an order for m my name or email address. Now I've got to find out how to get my £50 back they've took from my account for this non existing order!

As a follow up they finally found my order (they said my email was incorrect even though I had also given them my full name and address). It was delivered a week later

By far the best mouse I've ever had. Switched from Razer Deathadder Elite to model O and it was such a nice improvement for me. Only bad thing is that I definitely should have went with the matte version instead of glossy, but that's just my own mistake and doesn't change the fact that this is an awesome product worth every penny.

First batch model o has a defective cable and scrollwheel, but the support don't care if you have purchased the mouse not on their shop. Very bad experience.
