Great Customer Service

My Model O mouse broke down and I contacted the support team regarding warranty. Unfortunately I was not eligible to claim for a warranty as I bought this mouse from a different retailer. Despite this, they were not dismissive and carried on trying to help me by suggesting an article on fixes etc. Overall, the customer support representative was very polite, concise and kind.

Management lacks many skills...

I was in the process of wanting a keyboard since my keyboard got a bit damaged, keys were starting to get stuck and didn't function properly. So I came across Glorious. I knew about this brand for awhile now but never actually supported it. Since it was an "indie" company in terms of the gaming market, I thought I'd support them.

Back in April, I ordered switches for $34.99 and the reservation fee for the new keyboard they announced the GMMK PRO for $100, total cost $134.99. When the confirmation email finally came in late June to customize my keyboard, I spent $49.99 for keycaps and $70.00 for the actual keyboard, total cost $119.99.

Speaking of reservations. They just kept allowing people to buy reservations. Instead of closing it off very other month to process orders, they just brought that money in. I mean I read online that some people back in December and January still haven't gotten their confirmation email. That's how backed up they are with orders. Management lacks many skills in this company, and one of them is prioritizing customers first.

Once you paid your reservation fee and got the confirmation email. Without the keycaps and switches, you can spend at least $170 for the keyboard but it won't even function because you have no switches or keycaps. So they basically force you into buying these accessories.

My entire keyboard cost $254.98. You can easily spend over $300, probably even $500 without looking when customization your keyboard.

Let me state that again, $250 dollars and we didn't get any free basic switches or keycaps to get started with this keyboard. I'm paying $250 for a 75% keyboard which in theory should cost less to make but somehow they couldn't do this for us?

I don't know if I'll be doing business with Glorious again after this.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. My package got lost and the only thing they it was that it’s not their problem. Unbelievable. Never ever buy from them.. I can’t recommend this enough

Poor customer support

My GMMK White Ice LED keys are dimming and one, being the left shift key died completely. They offered me a partial refund of 15% for the keyboard or a 25% store credit labeling it cosmetic. My Model D mouse is also having the same behavior. I tried to factory reset and other things with their software to no avail, which means we clearly have a defective PCB.

This brand was recommended to me by a Reddit user and my personal take on them is, please, do yourself a favor and stay away from Glorious products and look elsewhere! They have cool ideas and concepts but, the execution and support in the mid and long term are bland.

great customer support

I recently ordered the glorious model o, but it didn't arrive. thanks to their great customer support within 4 days we were able to create a solution and have another shipped strait over to me. THIS COMPANY IS SERIOUSLY GREAT.

Horrible ..

Horrible ... mouse broke 3 days after getting it . They never responded to any of my emails. Will never buy from again. I encourage u not to as well.

Great Customer Service

We bought a Glorious Model O Matte Black mouse recently and after a month or so one of the buttons stopped working. Within 24 hours of emailing their customer services a new mouse had been dispatched. So top notch customer service, rarely seen better. Fingers crossed the new mouse lasts better. But great company.

It’s better to order this off Amazon then the official website

The experience was HORRIBLE!! I am still waiting for a package to come in the mail and it’s about 2 weeks late, it’s been 5 weeks since the order and we ordered another one that we got for free from support and they said it should be here in 3 days but guessing by this experience it won’t be here, probably another year before my package comes.

Disappointing customer service

Disappointing customer service.
They made it difficult to get a spare part even though I was out of warranty and was willing to pay for it. I provided the serial number of the keyboard and the order number from the site I purchased it from, but this wasn't good enough. I was told I need to take a video of the keyboards fault and in the same video capture the serial number and the order number of the item from the site I ordered it from with the date and upload it to some website and then give them the link! Why is this so much hassle and why do you need all this information? I am unable to record a video and upload it. I am still waiting on some answers and will update this if necessary.

Okai so i bought a Model -0 mouse and…

Okai so i bought a Model -0 mouse and for the first 3 days it was fine till i started hearing squeaking noise from the mouse wheel, so i emailed them and told the problem, so they ask for the natural procedure on all the information to know I'm not just anyone asking for anything, so i complied sent a video of the problem with the sn and order ID which was bought from the website itself, now this process took at least 3 days of emails back and forth now they want me to do a handstand while scrolling with the mouse wheel showing the proof while showing the Order ID and the SN of the mouse with the serial number of the mouse which i never knew 2 serial # in one item while playing warzone all at the same time or they wont believe that this video is real or not. LOLZ you guys are a joke.. and Grow tf up you are not a paladin ur a normal person who works there so calm down chief and don't let the power get into your small head. The mouse works perfectly fine except its squeaking like a real mouse...

Update: They got back to me and showed me a way of fixing it but they did offer me some incentives for the trouble so i changed it to 4*

Great products and service. Slow restocks and shipping

Their products and customer service are AMAZING. They also have some decent price points. Their shipping and restock does tend to be a little slow, but I think that's just what happens when you're a newer company compared to the electronic giants already on the market.

Don't waste your money

So i bought a glorious model o a few months ago, the mouse was great it had great leds, very light and very good feel, so a few months went buy and all of a sudden the front panel breaks and i'm like. "oh maybe this can just pop back on"... well no it snapped so i have to use an old dell mouse from 2007 because my "good mouse" broke so i had to buy a better mouse which took 7 days... DO NOT BUY

Unreliable with Poor Customer Service

I ordered several in-stock items for my son from Glorious PC on Dec.11th. A pre-shipment label was created on Dec. 14th at which time the my credit card was charged in full. It is now Dec. 29th and it is still in the same pre-shipment status, with USPS noting that they are "awaiting item." There's no way to reach Glorious PC by telephone and although they allege to have a chat option, it is "offline" 24 hours a day and has been so for the last 6 days. You can only reach them by email and after waiting 4 days for them to respond to my email they insists that they have shipped the items and that USPS has the box, but hasn't logged it into their system. They require us to wait 15 business days before they will assist in finding the package. Ironically, with the 2 holidays, this will be January 5th before Glorious PC will provide ANY assistance in a shipment that hasn't even left their premises and entered the hands of USPS. All the while, we are out of approximately $150 and my son has NONE of the items. Of course USPS can't help because the items are showing only a pre-shipment label which means they have not left Glorious PC. Clearly, Glorious PC has not shipped the items, has already charged us for them and has no intention of sending them out or assisting us in solving this problem. Shame on them for their non-existent customer service and failing to fulfill their commitment. Save your money and find your merchandise at a company that is reliable and offers customer service to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Terrible logistics, customer service, and products

My experience with the company itself and their products has been nothing short of bad. I ordered a keyboard during their Black Friday sale and there was no communication involving my order for over two weeks. I got fed up and placed a ticket on the 11th, then I had to go on Reddit to actually get in contact with them & I requested that my order be cancelled because I didn't want to deal with the company anymore.

The CS representative on reddit ignored my cancellation and gave me a tracking number instead several hours later, then shipped my package two days later. Mind you they don't allow you to cancel your order on their website and my tracking number wasn't created for over 2-1/2 weeks. This is just lazy and irresponsible communication & customer service on their part.

I finally received my packaged on Dec. 19th after ordering on November 26th just to find they shipped my products in a polyester bag. I really wish I had eaten the cost of a return label to not deal with this company again but I decided to open the package instead. The retail boxes were damaged but the products were fine; though it goes to show how little this company cares to ship something like a keyboard and wooden wrist rest in a plastic bag.

The keyboard itself was a frustrating product and I'll have to resell it to someone else, the RGB lighting has a constant annoying flicker that wasn't present in other keyboards I've owned. Buy from Drop or NovelKeys instead so you don't have to deal with a company that has nonexistent customer service.
