I just wrote for 45 minutes about what happened yesterday with this Lying AND thieving company that stole $600.00 from me and you guys just lost it for me!!! Now I have to write it AGAIN!!!!!! Omg Im so flustered!!!

I called PCM Travel expressing the need for round trip tickets with the return trip including my dogs, 2 Boston terriers. The guy made reservations with delta. During the whole time I kept mentioning my dogs but he kept telling me it would be on itinerary. For a hour or maybe a hour and half I was on the phone with PCM Travel. After what I thought and understood, I had reservations with Delta for my dogs and I on Delta. I was supposed to pay another $250 after I already paid $1650.00 to PCM Travel. He said my itinerary would be emailed that I had 24 hrs to cancel for full refund and I would receive the email in the next 24 hrs. I wasn't feeling good about this after hanging up and for the next hour it was bothering me. So I called Delta and asked about my reservation. I did have a reservation but it was just for me. There was nothing in/on it for my dogs...and I immediately canceled the flight right then and there with Delta. I immediately called my bank and tried to put a stop payment on the $1600. In which PCM TRAVEL ran 2 different payments. One to Delta for $750 and some change plus a payment to PCM Travel for $609.00 and change. I called PCM Travel and asked about my dogs and that I cancelled everything
(Before hanging up with PCM Travel again I asked about my dogs mentioning I had 2 Boston terriers and was told their on the itinerary. (Mr C.)was getting short with me about my dogs. I had brought them up a few times)
I got side tracked as to where I was in telling you what had happened, anyhow the last phone call I made to him he hung up on me.
Please Im not sure now if I'll be able to get my dogs here I only have so much to work with. These people need to be stopped. I was not told how payments were going to be split to go to him and Delta just that my flight was in the email and I would receive it within 24 hrs. Nor was I told what the charges were going to be for their services or a break down. The last chance I had he hung up on me as I said. This company and Mr C. are scammers and need to be shut down. This is devastating. I was stressed before just about flying my babies down here now I'm worried this won't happen. $600 is a lot of money for me that I'd been planning to use to get my dogs back with me. And now Im not sure if I will be able to.

Like Green Dog's Dec. 8, 2025 review, I got scammed by these people. When I went to check in for my flight, I was told I would have to pay another $725. That my Skylux booking was not valid for the flight. I thought I was dealing with a rep from Swiss Air. I had never heard of PCM travel. I had no choice but to cough up the $725, as I was catching a cruise ship in Barcelona. Upon my return, I got the CC charge saying PCM travel. I talked with my CC company, and Visa is now investigating this company for fraud. They had me sign something that I would not dispute the charge, which Visa told me in itself is illegal. Not sure how they did it, but they got me big time. Hopefully the fraud dept. can sort it out.

Worst agency to book flights with. Stay away the charge hidden fees after the booking and then blame the conversion charge, charge by bank etc. moreover they won’t send you ticket right away. I booked with them 7 days ago and called them every single day asking for my ticket and every time I got the response that I will receive my my ticket before end day of day. I could not book my cab or hotels just because of this. Got stuck with these scammers. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

They are scammers, fraudsters, con artists. They called me at least five times this afternoon. They also emailed me and sent a fake screenshot of a flight reservation.

They tried to make me believe I had a flight with Emirates instead of the Qatar Airways flight that was originally booked. The booking number they provided (WQOVMX) is fake, and the flight was not paid for.

They refuse to send any documents, including:

Purchase invoice

Travel documents

Baggage tags

Everything they do is fake and purely fraudulent.

On December 5, 2025, I booked a one-way flight from Montreal to Bangkok (QR-764, Qatar Airways) via FlyCheapestOnline.com for $1,140 listed on Jetcost. After 8 hours without a callback, I contacted customer service and spoke with Ashley Adams (1-844-752-4464 ext. 2028). She told me no seats were available at that price, then offered a seat for $1,550 and threatened high cancellation fees if I refused. After negotiation, her supervisor accepted $1,360. My credit card was charged, and I was promised a confirmation number and e-ticket within 24–48 hours.

On December 8, I received a confirmation number, but Qatar Airways confirmed that no reservation exists under my name or with this number. I never received a detailed invoice or e-ticket PDF. Despite my emails, the agency provided no solution or refund. I warn travelers to carefully verify bookings with this agency ...>

These guys are nothing but scam artists! I booked a flight 3 days ago. They made sure they took my money right away and told me they would make sure to have my tickets released right away. I talked to them several times over the past 3 days. Each time they told me they would be sure to get my tickets released, but that it would cost me more money. 3 times they increased my payment. As I grew more anxious, I began explaining to them that I need this ticket because my father has passed away, and I have to be there for his funeral. They kept ensuring me that they would get my ticket. Now, here I sit in Las Vegas, the night before my flight, waiting to hear back. The “manager” just called me to inform me that they can not get my tickets for me unless I pay thousands more! Naturally, I was pissed and yelled at him! Guess what he did? He yelled right back at me and told me it’s my fault! Then he hung up on me! What a peace of trash person! I will go out of my way to sue the hell out of these guys! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Just rubbed me from 500cad dollars claiming to be Swiss airlines representative! Scammers!!! Never deal with them

El pasado 29 de noviembre PCM Travels intentó eliminar mi opinión alegando que "incluía contenido dañino o ilegal". Trust support evaluó mi opinión y decidió que cumplía con sus directrices y por tanto volvió a publicarla.
¿Por qué PCM travels quiere silenciarme en lugar de explicarme por qué me cobró esa cantidad de dinero?
¿No parece indicar que PCM Travels realizó un cobro inadecuado para mi situación?

My poor wife tried to fix a flight and unfortunately had a very bad interaction with this company without even realizing they weren’t part of Delta’s team.
PCM travel then completely misrepresented Delta policy and charged $758 dollars to “cancel and rebook” with “fare difference” when really it turns out they just notified Delta about our flight. Took Delta all of 2 seconds and was FREE. We feel so taken advantage of by PCM travel.
Tried to call their team for help about this situation the other day and just got yelled at.
