Overall a bad experience due to the fact that product sold is invalid for activation and the seller is refusing to refund the purchase after multiple email attempts pushing the customer towards Microsoft product phone activation without disclosing the terms at the moment of purchase.

I had the same issue with my product key being used too many times (Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016). I used the chat and talked to a real person. Garry helped me get my Office activated.
