Myself and my pet dog kye where welcomed extremely professionally by all staff at the Coco Marcus pdsa clinic,
Satisfaction on my dogs examination although he was very nervous but he was made to feel very comfortable with the assistance professionalism.

I had a great service when im able to get appointment, its alittle far away to get to as they closed the Local branch in Southend which makes Pitsea hard to get as I don't drive. That also puts a strain finances getting all the way up there. Plus its overwhelming there service up there as Pitsea is the only branch covering a massive area after closures of many different branches in the Essex County.

Today was pdsa to get operation for my dog after phoning from january and been cut off with skin tag. Turns out that hes got blood cancer and diabietis no be getting lumped removed. Paid for operation over 200 pound the woman said id be rude asking for the money back. She said ill phone you at 2pm picked dog up 11 no calls had to phone at 4 then 5 then again amd they said they looked at notes then phond again said thry phonr back in ten minutes nothing them recieved call 7 saying cant do nothing except put dog down. All day waiting for that call. No refund of 200 but put dog down . Sick as but if they seen dog when phoned january would been same outcome. Quality service poor no compassion. Killed my dog. Staff is shocking service do offer one. I would not recommend this place.
If i was scottish would i pay 25 donation whats recommended or because im foreign i have pay 4 x. Price. But the staff are shocking.

Staff at Middlesbrough Pdsa are diabolical. Not everyone can splash cash . I get they are a charity but I think the staff in Middlesbrough need training on how to speak to customers with dignity and not make them feel inadequate if they can’t offer a donation

The treatment and care my cat received from the PDSA (Newcastle upon Tyne branch) was outstanding, I can't fault them, better than any veterinary treatment my cat has received in the past. Nice modern waiting area, with ventilation, quite spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to travel to by bus or car.

The nurses and vets in Belfast, both branches have gone out of their way to help my wee dog. It's an amazing service, where without it, loads of pets wouldn't get the care they need.

They are the greatest charity in the country , I have been helped by them numerous times over the years ,they are a godsend

Iv always trusted with my baby's they helped when can and been a big support when nothing can be done, give you time with them at the end. Tue care you get from start to finish is big. Dont get me wrong you are told if putting pet health at risk or something you need telling as you do see some ppl think they know all but I love the staff there as you know they care

What made my experience great, a lovely vet who sorted out the problems easily, and with being out of work helped me immensely money wise as it can be very expensive at private vets, and in hindsight I didn't expect to be made redundant from my job, so the pdsa are a great organisation, so I am willing to give a donation for their work,

PDSA have saved my dogs life when she had pyometra, they took care of my old car at the end of her life when we had to have her put down and spared a moment to help me though that very difficult time. When I rescued a cat from a very difficult situation she needed an operation to have metal sticking out of her leg removed, the PDSA were there to help again. Without them I'd be lost, I wouldn't be able to afford to have my rescued pets as& the health care at an ordinary vets is out of my affordability.

What a great pet hospital, staff are friendly and patient and very knowledgeable.

We took our Labrador, Storm, to PDSA because he had developed a limp and we were worried about him. He was seen and treated by a vet, and we were also given medication to take home.

The care Storm received was excellent. The vet was kind, professional and thorough, and we felt that Storm was genuinely cared for.

What makes PDSA even more incredible is that, because of our circumstances, we only needed to contribute £25 towards his treatment. Having access to proper veterinary care without the worry of a huge bill makes such a difference, particularly when you’re already concerned about your pet.

We are extremely grateful to PDSA and everyone who supports and donates to them. Storm is part of our family, and knowing that PDSA is there when he needs veterinary care means an enormous amount to us.

Phoned the emergency line and got an appointment same afternoon. Vet was good and treated Molly well.

I registered with the PDSA, after my previous vet wanted to operate on my dog.
The vets at PDSA at Hendon have my dog on medication and rest to see if he heals.
The vets there really care about animals and are not about making money out of their owners.
I would highly recommend the PDSA to anyone that needs their help.
I cannot fault them.
Everyone there is lovely, staff on reception, vets ,nurses, and pharmacy staff.
Keep up the good work.

I think it is the atmosphere of the place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and you can see they really care about our pets. Also you couldn't find better vets and nurses ,they put you at ease whatever the case maybe.

I was very pleased the PDSA LADY WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL I TOLD HER I WASN’T VERY GOOD ON THE PC. She understood to what I had to say and helped. I was sooo pleased

The lady was very helpful & friendly, great advice, explained what I needed easily.
