Tried putting it in letter box then knocked on seamed in a rush

I was not in so the prescription of tablets was pushed through the letter box and as I have a dog there was a risk that he could have eaten the medication. Should have been left in a safe place (blue bin) outside the house.

Didn't get notification to say delivery was today. Only after it was delivered I got the notification. I'd be greatful if delivery man could close my gate back after opening it. Manners cost nothing.

Would be great if I got a message saying your delivery will be (such a date) but I only get a message after it has been delivered

Changed my nominated pharmacy due to my previous one, being rude and unprofessional. Within 48 hours, my prescription drugs were delivered by my new pharmacy.

Delivery right to the door! Fantastic!

Never usually have an issue but my BP medication took from 12th until 23rd to arrive and I therefore ran out, pharmacy said it was with the courier since 12th and they had no updates/tracking or way of chasing it up. Not ideal with important medication and now worried it will happen again next time. Can’t order earlier as GP will decline so at risk of running out if deliveries continue to take so long. Not sure what the solution is.

On time and good communication

I have never had any problems getting my private prescription for weight lost jabs. Once registered and checked out then the repeat prescriptions every month are easy to apply fir. I like that they do all their checksand no worries about them being scammers or issueing fake jabs. Everything legal and legit and reasonabky priced as well. Speedy deliveries.
