Excellent company, service and people.

It was a very pleasant experience, a great company and trustworthy. The people are very helpful and delivered the bouncy castle, tables and chairs on the previous day so I could set up everything for the big communion day and I want to say a big Thank you 😊 I must say that the guys delivering the bouncy castle have a hard job and make things easier (without giving up) when they face problems such my side gate not wide enough for the size of the bouncy 😄😄well done😉 Definitely will keep this company for future services 😀

No shows! I wouldn't rely on this company at all to provide service.

I had a issue with the size of the fun run I booked (to big for my garden) and gave Mandy a call to see if she could help me out. The help I got was absolutely fantastic. They got me a smaller fun run at very short notice. Mandy, Ann and the team are brilliant. One of the best companies I have dealt with.

Excellent service, the lads who delivered the castle were lovely to deal with!

I have used Pelican bouncy castles for a number of family party’s over the years . The last hire being as recent as Easter . And I find they provide an EXCELLENT service. Mandy in the office is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their castles are in perfect condition. They deliver always on time . And the delivery staff are friendly always giving a final clean down of the castle when they set it up. I cannot fault this company at all. Highly recommended from me . I’m already booking another two castles with them for June .
5 stars all the way

Can’t recommend pelican promotions enough , they went above and beyond their service when I was let down by another marquee company at the last minute . They provided everything I needed for our party ,top class service . I will only use Pelican promotions from now on and will advise family and friends to do the same .

Excellent service, easy to deal with, great communication and would definitely recommend - the kids had a ball

excellent service will be rebooking again

Excellent Service, Friendly staff. Recommended by our neighbours who have used Pelican for years with no issues. We got the Lego Combi for 2 days last year and the kids had great fun. We are ordering again for this years party. Would recommend for any occasion.

Excellent service so friendly. We had a fab party. Thank you so much!

Have always used pelican Promotions as have my parents, Can’t recommend Mandy,Shane & The rest of the staff weather it be in the office or out on the doors

The castles are pristine & the marquees draped in elegance ⭐️
the staff are as poilte and helpful as they can be , they would do anything to see a child smiling back at them

Definitely would recommend this company to any Parent looking to have a party in the house or even out and about in. one of the local halls ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic selection for any event i needed, for the kids they have every bouncy castle you could possibly imagine. Plus all kinds of entertainment for parties of all ages. Nothing like a drunken race through an obstacle course with your friends. Best prices going!

Very stressful experience, no customer service, unanswered phone calls and emails

Great company, with understanding and brilliant communication.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
This company ruined my daughter’s 10th birthday this week. I ordered a disco dome. They only delivered the dome with no light and speaker. Though i had a DJ so i was not worried about the speaker. I rang them several times about the light. An hour prior to the end of the party someone arrived with speaker and no light. In a nutshell, we had no light in the disco dome. The kids were terrified as it was dark and they kept hurting themselves. We had to tell then to come out several times. This company did nor ring back to apologise until i rang them next day. Then they lied the light was stolen from van same day i hired. However, i read other people comment on facebook how they supplied dome to them with no lights. This company is so greedy as they are just about their pocket. They do not care about customers satisfaction. They tried to give me the dome for the next day but i told them my kids are not at home. This company is very greedy!! Do not order from them. I will rate the 0 STAR.

Ryan and Richard were wonderful.
They were very quick and efficient setting up the castle.
Thanks guys!

We ordered an obstacle course for our daughters birthday party. The delivery people were just so nice and friendly, recommended the best place to put it and even dried it for us as it had been raining.
The children had a great time. I will definitely be hiring again.

Very very disappointed with this company, ordered an obstacle course for a 1st birthday party which started at 12pm, was written on the order, rang them 2 days before to make sure it would be there on time and not only did it arrive at 2pm when the party was almost over, the driver was rude and stood infront of our guest looking for the money which in the past we would normally pay when collecting. they had every intention of expecting me to pay full price when the party was half over, offered the 2nd day free but wasn't worth it, won't be ordering from them again!
