after sales visit
Richie came out to adjust our patio doors that had moved when our home was sited. He was friendly and efficient and did a few other tasks he found during the visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We love our new holiday home. It seem well made and we are very happy with it so far.

WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE - DONT DO IT
I purchased a lodge for £250,000 in July 2024 and its the worst mistake I have ever made. I have had nothing but problems. 4 plumbers out and toilet still blocked and leaking everywhere. My lodge stinks of damp and I have had to pull up the damp carpet revealing stained floor boards. I am taking it to court.

Pemberton simply the best.
The build quality is excellent, the product design is modern and practical. The after sales service is first class and the workmanship of the field engineer (Stuart) was of the highest quality. Pemberton park and leisure homes, put their customers first. They are professional, efficient and care about their customers needs. I would recommend a Pemberton leisure home to friends and family alike. Fantastic.

Great companyAbsolutely very good company to deal…
Absolutely very good company to deal with we had a few snags as you would in any new home nothing major but the after sales team are excellent.
And a truly outstanding employee is Richie the do it all snagging/maintenance guy who never fails to sort out any problem.
He is a brilliant ambassador for Pemberton and a very nice man.
Overall Pemberton are a great company to deal with.

Repairs to gutters
Richie and Lewis were sent to repair some damage done during transportation and did so with speed, expertise and professionalism and explained what they were going to do beforehand and then confirmed what they had done afterwards. I am 100% satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend Pemberton for after sales support

Great service from Pemberton
Had an unusual leak from the roof of our 2018 Glendale onto our kitchen worktop. Stuart came out and within 15 minutes the source of the leak was found and problem was solved. Great service.

Pemberton Marlow
We purchased our Pemberton Marlow in April 2024 and made sure we registered for the warranty. We have had some issues but Pemberton after sales team have been friendly and have been quick to answer and deal with them. These issues have been dealt with by two engineers Darren
and Richie. They are friendly,skilful and have professionally dealt with the repairs. Our minds have been put to rest every time.
We absolutely love our caravan. Thank you Pemberton ☺👌👌👍👍

Stuart & Mick arrived on time and did an excellent job of replacing our damaged external panel.
They also aligned our kitchen cabinets doors which he noticed were slightly out.
