Stuart their engineer has just fitted a new set of kitchen doors, the kitchen looks more fantastic than it did new. He arrived on time fitted the doors, was very friendly, cleaned up all the shavings, removed all the cardboard and left the lodge as he found it.
We cannot praise him enough.

I am very pleased with the work completed by the Pemcertom team. Very professional, helpful and you would not know any work has been done in my caravan. I would recommend this company. The team arrived on the day planned and completed on time. The help of the after sales person was very helpful in every way

Firstly the customer service is poor, it’s the worst customer service I have encountered.
Staff are the most unhelpful I have experienced.
They sell caravans which they admit develop manufacturing faults, and then refuse to help resolve the faults/issues.
Pemberton Leisure you should be ashamed.

We currently own a Pemberton Marlow Park home & absolutely love it.The build quality is excellent. I recently contacted their after sales team to enquire about a small amount of exterior touch up paint to fix a couple of small scratches.They couldn't have been more helpful.They matched the paint colour from our serial number & sent it out the same day.

Have used Pemberton on serval occasions and each time have had an excellent service would highly recommend them and their after sales is second to none. As a company we deal with several lodge and caravan providers and Pemberton are one of the best.
Oakwood are the worst would not recommend them at all.

Really thorough and professional service dealing directly with the Aftersales team. With as big a purchase as a caravan, how the product is supported is at least as important as to how it is initially sold. Many thanks for the assistance in resolving the issue.

We've owned a new Pemberton Rivington Lodge in France since 2021,it really is top quality.I have contacted the after sales department on two separate occasions,each time my e mail question was answered on the same day.A small spare part i asked for this last time, was found and dispatched to me as a gesture of good will immediately by Gail Cassidy, to my address in Belgium.The Pemberton after sales department have shown themselves to be well trained, highly efficient and a company that looks after its customers,which is very important and much appreciated.The attention to detail makes this company stand out.The Pemberton Leisure homes are highly recommended.
