We needed door retainers for our caravan and, having ordered some that didn't fit, contacted Pemberton directly. I had a speedy reply from Gail Cassidy who, said you had some in stock and would send them to me free of charge! That's what I call excellent customer service. I love our Pemberton caravan and would definitely contact you in future should I need parts or advice.

I contacted customer service re getting a new sign , our caravan is 12 years old and still looks immaculate but due to the weather sign deteriorated, a lady called Gail answered my query and went to the trouble of contacting the supplier , no longer available due to shape but she tracked one down for us. Gail went above and beyond re service, thank you Gail much appreciated our caravan looks brand new again.

I had problems with my cupboard doors in my Pemberton Static caravan. Although just out of guarantee, Pemberton replaced all the cupboard doors.
I had no hassle, they agreed straight away organised and fitted the doors. They left the caravan spotless. Great service, would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

It was only a small matter , but they dealt with it very professionally, which was a great help to me , and would like to praise Gall Cassidy

A fantastic holiday lodge the best of the best matched by great after sales service. It is real pleasure dealing with people who listen, understand, care and are extremely professionally at what they do.

We had our new Serena delivered in July 2022. We are so impressed with the Build and Fittings. We are glad we chose this model it is a dream come true for us. We were also impressed with the Area Rep who went the extra mile to get the spec on furnishings changed to a theme we preferred. There were a few minor items to sort as a result of the delivery journey but these have all been resolved. We are now enjoying our lodge and our Family think it's wonderful. Our Little Paradise. Brilliant.

Good reponse after I reported some minor damage in transit and a missing item. An engineer visited the site and made good then Gail from after sales service sent the missing item.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with Pembertons, they go above and beyond what you would expect from any company. At time of writing this review (26 May 23) a special thank you to two employees, Gail Cassidy (aftersales) and Stuart (fitter), both are diamonds and an absolute credit to Pembertons. I would recommend this company to anyone considering doing business with them.

After some issues with the doors in our Pemberton static over the winter I contacted the aftersales team, and I must say the service and communication I received from them and especially Gail has been exceptional, nothing has been too much bother and replacements delivered on time and well packaged.
A real credit to Pemberton and something that won’t be forgotten when we start looking for a new “home on wheels”

Purchased a Pemberton 'Park Lane' caravan in 2016 via a holiday park, to hopefully enjoy many family memories.
We paid a substantial amount of money for what we thought was a high end, luxury caravan.
After just 3 years the vinyl wrap coating on some of the kitchen cupboard doors started to peel away and crack.
The holiday park, dealt with my complaint and managed to get these doors replaced, which took months! only to find that once these were replaced others started to peel and crack and the whole process of complaining and re-ordering started again as the doors peeled one by one, and we waited again months and months for the new doors.
After the third complaint we asked for all the doors to be replaced in one go, but Pemberton refused to do this, saying that they will only replace the faulty doors.
We are now in 2023 and still the doors are cracking, but the holiday park are now taking the doors and having them re-sprayed, as Pemberton cannot guarantee more doors.
The after sales service that we received from this company is atrocious, and has completely spoilt the enjoyment of our caravan in not being able to let family and friends use it.
Would never purchase anything else from this company, or the holiday park.
