Recently returned from Spain+Portugal 12 day tour, and it was awesome. Our guide, Jeffrey, was very eloquent in both Chinese and English, explaining key details of each location. The trip itself was truly a vacation, not too early departures, and early enough arrivals at the hotels to explore the area if you wished. I had requested a substitution for one of the excursions, and Jeffrey took care of that immediately. So. thank you Jeffrey for setting up the best and relaxing schedule, as well as taking great care of us. This is the second time we selected Peony Tours, and would love to go on another tour with Jeffrey in the future!

The bus and the driver (Bruno) were also wonderful, very accommodating and spacious.

We just finished 12 day Spain/Portugal trip and it was excellent. Our guide Jeffrey did fantastic job explaining the culture and history of the places we visited and that made the whole trip very interesting. He also took very good care of our food and lodging. This is the second trip I selected Peony tours and both were excellent.

我们参加了4日9日到20日去土耳其的团。总体很满意。

这次行程安排适当，既参观了众多景点，又考虑到了团员的体力。旅店也很好，但第五天途中的自助餐很差，几乎所有人都抱怨。

聂导是一个经验丰富的导游，这是我第二次参加他带的团。感觉很好，他知识丰富，讲解深入浅出，加深了我们的理解。尤其感谢他每天提醒大家临出门前检查重要物品，让我们一路平安无事。

不过有几个小建议：1. 不少人感到棉花堡和伊斯担布尔时间不夠。2. 而参观地毯的时间太长。

我们是第三次参加名人假期旅游团，这次参加了土耳其团，导游Davis带团，他对大家照顾非常周到，有耐心、风趣、幽默，整个行程把全团的气氛调节得非常好，行程安排合理，团员有任何问题都是第一时间解决，感觉很温暖。

We have a wonderful time on this special Greece tour with the cancellation of the cruise and spending a few days in Mykonos and Santorini instead. At first we were disappointed that we can’t go on a cruise and cannot visit Patmos and Ephesus. However, everything turned out great despite of the stormy days in Santorini. We get to stayed at first class hotels on the islands and spend more time on the islands as compared to half day excursions from the cruise. I felt that we have a more in depth tour of these beautiful islands as compared to most other tourists. I was grateful that the tour company came up this these great adjustments when the cruise got cancelled. Only down side was the Jetboat ride from Mykonos to Santorini was too bumpy and uncomfortable.
Our guide Jeffrey Liu is awesome. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very responsible. He jumped in to take care of unexpected emergencies without interrupting the set itinerary. He is very caring and takes care of everyone in the group. His personal touch and genuine care made us feel well taken care of the entire trip. Thank You!
The hotels we stayed at were luxurious and comfortable. Some of the included meals were a bit disappointed, but maybe due to a difference of taste for Greek foods.
In general, I highly recommend this tour to anyone for a memorable, high quality experience. Hope the company can explore options of spending days stay on the Greek islands or cruising to more islands in the future.

Our 2-night, 3-day cruise with Peony Cruises in Lan Ha/Halong Bay was truly the standout highlight of our Vietnam trip.

From the moment we stepped on board, everything felt special. The boat itself is beautiful — stylish, spacious, and immaculately maintained — and upgrading to a suite was absolutely worth it for the extra comfort and incredible views.

We decided to skip the Day 2 excursion and instead spend the day relaxing on board, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of the entire holiday. With fewer people around, it felt peaceful and almost private at times, allowing us to fully soak in the breathtaking scenery of Lan Ha Bay at a slower, more relaxed pace.

What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Ginni and Anna. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect — ensuring we had different meals so we didn’t repeat the same lunch, and carefully catering for my tomato allergy without any fuss at all. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The food was excellent throughout, the activities were well balanced, and the whole experience managed to feel both luxurious and completely relaxed at the same time.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peony Cruises — it’s an unforgettable experience and the perfect way to end a trip to Vietnam.

This is our 2nd tour with Peony Tour. The service that Peony Tour provided was great and our guide Jackie was amazing also our local tour guide Walter. The trip plan was well organized with easy pace. We will go with Peony Tour for our Future trips.

We enjoyed our 11th tours to Japan and Taiwan. When we walked out of the airport, our tour guides were there waiting for us. Both tour guides were very knowledgeable, generous, and kind to us personally. We enjoyed good company, very friendly people form several countries, visiting different places, comfortable buses, delicious foods, and hotels. These are signs of excellent choices and experiences. Combining our tours to Japan and Taiwan together was an excellent choice. Among tourists, one couple told us that they have joined and enjoyed "all the tours" that Peony/Ritz Tours have offered. They also have visited Taiwan every year for several years. We have confidence in the excellent services provided by Peony/Ritz Tours. We will book additional tours in the future and visit Taiwan, our home country, again.

我們的靈魂人物導遊先生有著豐富的學識，解說得非常的詳盡細膩，豐富的經驗把我們帶得非常的盡興滿意。唯一美中不足的就是有一晚在義大利，整個巴士被偷了所有留在車上的東西都被盜走了。這趟旅行堪稱完美完善。謝謝。

Mr. Wei Chen is my tour guide who shown his professional in my latest trip. He is such a meticulous planner, making our daily activities so seamless that we were able to enjoy a completely worry-free trip. Mr. Chen also introduced and explained a lot of information regarding the attractions that included the history and cultural things. As one of the tour members with him, I felt very comfortable and enjoy the time in this trip. I am very appreciated the performance of Mr. Chan Wei and highly recommended to my friends.

Guide was really flexible and friendly. He has an amazing knowledge on the cities visited.

We just finished 12-day west Europe trip and enjoyed it very much! The tour guide James Wang is very knowledgeable, experienced and humorous. He took care of everyone and arranged things perfectly, he gave us useful & detailed information all the time. We joined a lot of tours in the past, James is the best tour guide we had, we will definitely recommend Peony to our friends.
