Not a really support when needed
Not a really support when needed. You're saying you can't talk outside the work hours which are like Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 on. But I was trying to contact you at 2.15 pm, and you're saying it's closed! Besides this there's no support for editing details on your portal for a new dbs or no link for new new application! What's this service for actually unless for helping people with application for DBS?!

I have searched the phone number that is linked to your account and I can't see any records that you tried to ring us this week so it sounds like you may have an incorrect number for us. I have checked your DBS application and can see that it is still awaiting information from you, so I am going to email you from our support team's email address and provide our phone number so that you can either speak to us via email or give us a call today - our phone line is open from 10am-4pm, we will be happy to help you complete your DBS application.

This all relies on technology which doesn't work half the time. Yoti is useless and it should state the only way that this will work online is if you have a valid passport and driving licence not the other option documents!
