Poor customer support
Three months after making my application for an enhanced DBS Check I had not heard from them. Getting in contact was extremely difficult as their customer support line was always busy.

Gemma was brilliant in helping my wife…
Gemma was brilliant in helping my wife and myself through the latter stages of her DBS application. She was sympathetic to my wife's frustration and was respectful, personable in guiding her successfully through the process to the point of remaining on line until we had completed the application. A huge 5 stars to Personnel Checks, and a massive thank you to Beth and Lisa! We were in the middle of launching a new business and feeling totally overwhelmed by the paperwork. As neurodivergent creatives, dealing with database forms is not our strong suit, but the remote support we received was exceptional. Beth and Lisa were always available on the phone or by email, incredibly friendly, and helped us seamlessly navigate the portal.
