Quick enhanced DBS service
So having at least 4 dbs checks, because I am now being paid I had to have another. These guys were really good, the turn around was unbelievably quick (2working days!). Highly recomend both them and Jamie, who handled my case!

We used Personnel Checks for a DBS check.
We used Personnel Checks as our umbrella company for a DBS check. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The system was easy to use and did the job.

The Best Support Experience I’ve Had in Years!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience speaking with Gemma today. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every single question I had and truly knew her stuff. It is clear that she loves her job and her friendly attitude made the whole process much easier. In today’s climate, where great customer service is so rare in shops, restaurants and over the phone, she completely stood out. She didn't rush me at all, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and gave me as much time as I needed. Truly a breath of fresh air!

This is not a mandatory course and this is a shitty service they’re providing. There is no refund, no date change, No reminder etc. waste of time and money. Only they want money that’s it. Don’t go though this !!

Thank you for getting in touch and for sharing your experience. I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the service provided.
Unfortunately, our safeguarding courses are non-refundable. To participate, attendees must be logged into the course by 9:15 am. Our records show that you attempted to join after the course had already started. As a result, you were unable to complete the course because attendance requirements were not met.
We also send two reminder emails to all attendees one the day before the course and another on the day of the course to help ensure participants have the joining information and are able to log in on time.
I appreciate that this may be disappointing; however, in line with our attendance and booking policy, we are unable to offer a refund on this occasion.
Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please contact our General Manager at complaints@personnelchecks.co.uk, who will be happy to review your concerns.

Jordan was friendly and helpful from the start. Quick to respond to queries and very aware of our requirements of the system. She offered to provide training at short notice when she realised there was a gap in knowledge which was really helpful. She was able to resolve queries effectively.
