Fast processing of DBS certificate
I was subscribed to the online
DBS renewal service, but payment didn't go through even though card details were correct. So I was unable to work until a new certificate was issued.
The process was an easy online application and my certificate number was issued in 5 days.
I appreciate the speed of service as it was a very stressful time.

New process.
Having never come across this particular process before I rang up to speak to someone. The lady I spoke with (Lisa) was really helpful. She not only explained it but showed me how to do it on the system. I really felt she took the time to understand my issue.Also it was sorted within a few minutes of me completing the required form. Amazing service all round!

Recent experience with Personnel Checks/Experian
Jordan at Personnel Checks was responsive, quick, and helpful with our request. However, the experience was less smooth once our background checks were passed over to Experian, which I realise may be outside of Jordan's direct remit. When we asked for an update, getting a clear answer was difficult because I was locked out of the Experian platform, and there was no quick way to regain access. As a result, it took a few weeks to learn the status of our application since updates were only uploaded to the portal. The process would be vastly improved if status updates were also sent via email so clients can stay informed.
I'm giving 5 stars to Jordan, and 3 stars due to the experience with Experian, therefore the average score of 4 stars.

I had a very positive experience with TaxiPlus. My DBS certificate was issued in less than three days, which was much quicker than I expected. The communication was clear, and I was kept informed about the progress of my application. I’m very impressed with the fast and efficient service and would happily recommend TaxiPlus.

Issue with TaxiPlus account
I had an issue with my TaxiPlus account so I emailed Customer Support explaining my issue and Jordan came to the rescue. He sorted my access and gave helpful information on how to do a hard refresh to ensure I was using the most updated system. He was very helpful, very nice and sorted my issue very quickly.
