Graham and Simon came out to my place, on time (within the specified time slot) and got to work straight away, they setup multiple traps and gave solid advice, so far I’m happy, now the long wait to see if we can trap the little sucker (squirrel!)

Your firm was booked to come to do a re treatment, not a survey which your firm did last week. My wife moved a lot of stuff to enable the re treatment to happen and wasted a day waiting for this, especially as your technician turned up an hour after time.

Friendly, punctual, efficient service.
The troublesome mole was caught, the service was excellent - friendly, punctual and efficient. There was minimal disturbance to the garden which was especially important as we are preparing to hold a wedding reception where the mole had set up home!
