I contacted JG pest control company after discovering what turned out to be a bee nest inside the wall of my house. During the first visit, the technician inspected the outside of the property, located where the bees appeared to be entering, and treated the area. This reduced the number of bees going in and out, but I could still hear buzzing and scratching noises inside the house, which was quite concerning.

I called the company back, and on the second visit Martyn Delmar attended. From the moment he arrived, Martyn was thorough, professional, and determined to find the source of the problem. He inspected every possible area, including the loft, where the bees were extremely active. Despite the challenge of a large amount of waste insulation making access difficult, Martyn did not give up. He carefully observed the bees' movements and successfully located a very large nest.

Martyn then suited up and got straight to work, taking the time to remove the nest properly and safely. He treated underneath and on top of the insulation, as well as the boards beneath it, ensuring the problem was dealt with thoroughly and effectively.

Martyn was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, understanding, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. His persistence, expertise, and professional approach were outstanding, and thanks to his efforts the problem was completely resolved.

Graham listened, empathised and was very thorough with surveying the property. He changed the poison used at the last visit due to his good knowledge of rat infestations. An absolute pleasure to have him doing the work required to ensure the problem is resolved. It made a very serious headache into a fun afternoon especially when he pulled out my washing machine and got soaked. I have every faith he will get to the bottom of a problem that has been going on for years.

He came and placed poison last time but as I continue to have activity he returned, checked the trays and has topped them up. While he was here we both heard the activity and he has advised me to mastic between the skirting board and tiles to lessen the smell. Unfortunately he does not have the equipment to lift the man hole in my conservatory but we both know where the activity is. I look forward to him returning to check the trays again at a later date. Aiden set the traps- advised and marked locations - and gave a bit of extra advice along the way. Explained need to book revisit approx 1 week. Polite and helpful chap.
