Outstanding delivery - fast and you can easily change the delivery date for sooner if you're running out of food! Wonderful customer service if anything goes wrong (it almost never does though). I now buy all things pet from pet direct.

Ordering was easy and delivery was super fast. Product, cat litter box, is well made and the high sides stop the scatter of the litter. Entry is easy for the elderly ruler of my house...happy feline, happy family.

Outstanding Service & Fast Delivery
Outstanding service and fast delivery within Auckland. Ordered 4pm on a Thursday and was delivered by 10am the next day. They were able to price match a competitors price without any issues. Wide range of stock available at good prices. Their new app is very seamless and easy to use as well. Highly recommend.

Rude and pushy staff. Went to the mount Wellington store and kept trying to sell me the most expensive cat food when I was wanting something cheaper. made me feel like I wasn't good to my cats. won't shop here again.
