Well, my certificate tells me I have a black labrador. I am sat here looking at my yellow labrador wondering if I am mad. I have another yellow labrador in the house but no others. Furthermore, the other results are not the same as those I have had from two other laboratories (both Kennel Club approved). I raised a dispute as soon as I received the results in December, providing proof (a photo of my dog and the other test results) and have been patient but am now struggling to get a response. Whilst I would like it cleared up, I think I may have to accept the waste of money and time.

I find the website unhelpful the Waiting times seem to be getting longer and they always seem to have special offer on the day after I’ve already ordered however they are cheaper than the rest so I will continue using them I feel that they should offer combination packs for example health testing and Bree testing

Very poor response to emails now ignorning them and no number to call. They sent me an email to say results were ready but the certificate was blank. Then said it was 15 working days for results now on day 20! Wish I used a different company. Only now finding out that many people saying the results are not reliable. Ehat a waste of money and time.

You can't answer the basic question, you have the PRA 4 RCD4 test but it's not written for which poodles and the employees can't answer.
