It wasn't very clear at the time of ordering that one of my items were a pre-order. So all th either items were also batched together to come late when the preorder finally arrived. In saying that when I did reach out, they were quick to respond and provide explanation.

Petso had a sale on Royal Canin Mother & Baby wet food that was too good to refuse. The process of ordering was very easy and the free freight cap was a lot lower than other sites. My order was promptly dispatched and arrived within. A few days.
The nice thing is they also have a warehouse in Melbourne if I wanted to click and collect.
Highly recommend.

I haven't ordered from Petso didn't know what to expect. My order was delivered promptly, and happy with the purchase.

I have been ordering from Petso for a number of years now and they have always been fantastic to deal with. They have brands and items not available at local stores or even a lot of other online stores. I have only had a few issues with orders over the past 4 years or so (e.g. items missing or issues at checkout) and they have always been prompt to respond and helped solve the problem very quickly. The prices are almost always below other retailers and delivery is prompt. I will continue to order from Petso and rate the service and products highly.

Petso have great communication, part of an order was unavailable they informed me immediately processed and the part refund. It's one of the few places to buy Zealandia, my girl Raven loves novel proteins. Dispatch is done in a timely fashion.

Products are great and the service prompt but my delivery was left at the gate and not my front door as in the past. My drive just takes a minute and has caused me difficulty as I use a walker and it was very difficult for me to collect. This has not been a problem before, it has been perfect until now.

We recently had an order delivered and unfortunately one of the items became out of stock just as I ordered however I phoned and talked to a lady who got right on to the query , twice called back to update me and within 20mins it was all sorted with many apologies. This staff member did Ieverything possible to help immediately- amazing👍🐾

Very prompt delivery. My dog loves the yoghurt drops. They are a bit bigger than I thought but he still loves them. A very good price. I just found the Petso website so it is very handy.

The dog collars I purchased are of great quality. The delivery took over a week but I suspect that was due to having the name tags made.
The only problem is the two I ordered were too big for my dogs.

Products was delivered next day.
