I was given advice about my blood pressure. The farmacist was kind,friendly and really professional. I went there for the first time for my yearly flu vaccination and I'll come back!

I don’t know which brand of the flu vaccine and what type of that. Even they don’t give me any relevant information or materials about that. Therefore, I don’t think the experience is good.

No point in booking
Our appointment was moved to a time which was not convenient. We managed to change our diaries and arrive for new appointment to find it had been cancelled. I was told that someone had tried to call, but had no missed calls. We were sent to another pharmacy wish would still be open, but it was closed on arrival. Ended up walking in another pharmacy and having it there the following day. No point in booking at all.

Walk in flu jab appointment
Walk in flu jab appointment- fitted me in then and there, very nice pharmacist explained the jab and I didn't feel a thing. Even did a free blood pressure check to update my doctors - great service.

Great experience
Great experience. Fast and easy to find a pharmacy. We went to Everest pharmacy in Chorlton, Manchester. The pharmacist gave us our travel vaccines. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I’ll be using this service again.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Booked an appointment online today for 12.30. Arrived to find the pharmacy shut advising customers that they would reopen on Sunday. Whilst I understand that it is a bank holiday, what I don’t understand is why appointments were available if the pharmacy was shut and why when the pharmacy saw the appointment had been made no email/text message was sent to advise of the closure. I do not live locally and had to travel to make the appointment as booked only to find my travel and time had been wasted. Extremely poor service. Definitely not 5* as shown on trust pilot.

We apologise for the inconvenience on behalf of our partner pharmacy.
It appears the appointment was in fact valid but the pharmacy in question failed to cancel it after changing their opening hours for the Platinum Jubilee bank holiday.
Our system is designed to send out an appointment cancellation message should the appointment be altered but it appears that on this occasion the pharmacy skipped the protocol. We have placed the pharmacy under special measure and their PharmaVaccs license will be reviewed.
