One of the better photobooks provider with easy to use editor. Repeated customer. Although it could have better if can default discount bundles with shipping included so customer don’t need guess or get surprised when checking out.

Very fast delivery and friendly user interface for users to craft their photobooks and memories

My recent contact with photos looks was most encouraging. My vouchers were expired but just an email to the photobooks team, they were immediately extended .
Just one suggestion to photobooks, can extend the duration of the paid voucher to at least 6 month or a year? 3-month duration voucher is too short for busy days.

I always love to use photos to keep my travelling photos on it, love how much they have improved a lot with their own photobook website.
(downside is now can't do 4ever extend voucher validity)

I am a new user . Truly had fun designing my own Photobook on my family travel. The on line editor is easy to use and there is a lot of flexibility. It was a delight to receive the physical book as the finished product is excellent .

Would be great if can do the 12x 12" photobook offline. The features are easier to use offline.
Do provide the cost for additional pages live as well.

We have been using Photobook for more than a decade now. The quality is always top notch and delivery was prompt. Have recommended many of our relatives and friends to use it too.

Placed an order on 4 Jan for a photobook. The intent was to present it as a gift, to someone special, over dinner on 10 Jan 2025.

Paid extra for “super rush” which has a delivery promise of 3 to 5 business days, which met my desired timeline then.

Based on DHL and progress updates from photobook, it was ready for pick up on 7 Jan, as per shipping info provided. This was confirmed with photobook’s customer service via whatsapp on 8 Jan.

DHL only picked the order up on 10 Jan from Malaysia and the intended recipient only received it on 14 Jan after a change to the recipient’s address directly.

To highlight to anyone who intends to order from photobook:
1. While their online editing tool is easy to use, do take note their printing is in Malaysia despite their numerous country specific websites.
2. Do not take the timeline given as gospel truth. My order took 7 business days to deliver despite promised 3-5 days.
3. Cannot vouch for the quality as I had no opportunity to vet before the recipient receives it.

The entire process was very stressful as I was checking in with their customer service daily. Right up to 9 Jan, photobook still painted the picture that the delivery will be on time and cited DHL online tracker is not real time. Not recommended for Singapore customers unless you order way in advance.

The lead time from submitting our order to receiving the physical copy is relatively short.

The quality of the book; the covers, the binding and the paper is superb. The colour of the photos is a close match to the photo and the printing quality is high.
