I recently ordered a photobook, and I must say the experience was fantastic! The platform introduced new features, including themed designs and an AI-assisted layout, making the process even smoother and more effortless. Everything from uploading photos to finalizing the design was intuitive and hassle-free.

The quality of the photobook met my expectations perfectly. It turned out beautifully, just like my previous orders! Definitely great value for money.

Customer service was excellent as well. It was reassuring to see their prompt and helpful support available.

Great quality canvas print.. tried the textured and the normal print and I prefer the textured print , though the difference is really minimal.

I recently created two holiday photobooks with Photobook Singapore, and once again, I’m impressed! As a repeat customer, I find this to be a fantastic way to preserve memories for future reference. The platform makes it easy to design photobooks—even when arranging everything manually—but I’ve also noticed that with each new book I create, I get better and more efficient at planning and organising my photos. This makes the entire process even more rewarding. I will definitely continue using Photobook Singapore and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple yet meaningful way to document their special moments!

I’ve been purchasing photobook for many years. Its interface is easy to use for self design. Great way to keep memories in the book. Delivery is fast too.

Been a user of Photobook for 4 years to create calendars. To my surprise, my most recently created calendar used a different paper stock, which I had taken for granted would be the same as those I had previously printed before as I don't toggle with the settings.

I went back to the website to check and it appears that they had changed the default options, and now set as default the more expensive product options, and made default the calendar sticker add on option. To me, add ons are, by their very name, add ons. They should NOT be the default selected option. This deceptive practice mirrors a previous experience I had with the company, where they would issue what appears to be fantastic offers, but charge a bomb (almost $20) on top of it for delivery.

I spoke to the CS team, who offered me 80% off + shipping fee for a reprint. I told them that there is currently a promo of 50% off + free shipping of more than $20 on their website. Why would I want their insincere offer? They subsequently offered store credit of $12, which is not even enough to cover the cost of one calendar (much less the shipping cost). Highly insincere and unsympathetic CS team.

Given how Photobook's practices are getting increasingly shady and sneaky, I am now minded to switch to another printing company that will not require me to second guess every single option I select - or do not select - or to go through every single option with a fine-tooth comb.

This is NOT how a business should be treating its consumers, especially when most of us here intend to be long-term ones who regularly create physical keepsakes of our memories.

I love doing photo books as it's meaningful and captures your wonderful memories.

What i didn't like is the inability to speak with someone on the phone. They only liaise with you via emails which sometimes issues can be resolved much more easily with 2way communications.

1st time using, the website was easy to use. Hope to have more promotion!

I’m a big supporter of Photobook and have been using it more than 20years ago. I was fortunate to have big discounts on 11”X11” square image wrap hard cover books for the past 20yrs whereby all my family and friends photos are all captured in photobooks. Unfortunately as of last year, all of a sudden they have discontinued the offer. I am saddened by this and wish Photobook can reintroduce it as it is very popular with customers like myself.

Totally worth all the effort! Photobook came out really good. Quality product and value for money!

I have about 10 photobooks at home, with 1 book ordered yearly. Tried both the softcover, hardcover and also various sizes for my needs. Great way to preserve memories for the family as easy to lose digital photos! Super easy to create the project by just choosing one from the many templates available. Will continue to order every year!

Easy to design the photobook online- lots of templates! I chose the expedited printing and indeed it came within 3days! Product was excellent quality - the paper was thick and the colour was good (I didn't chose any fancy printing option). Would print with them again!

Good printing but the layout can be improved

Have been using photobook for over 10 years now. In the age where pictures are often overloaded on the phone and sometimes forgotten. Glad to have this reliable source; Photobook that has pretty ready templates for use and that pictures can be printed and shared with loved ones remembering our memorable moments over and over.
