I love Pi supply. They sell some of the best products for Raspberry Pi. And whenever I write them a question about their products, or a tech support question they respond very fast. I love their products and I hope they keep expanding their catalog as I am a dedicated Raspberry Pi devotee.

A great team and excellent customer service, the likes of which are rarely seen these days. A highly recommended source of RasPi goodies and components, as well as smart technical advice.

I had an issue setting up my justboom digihat. Chris at justboom sorted me out right away. Very impressed with the product. even more impressed with the service.

Very good customer service. The power supply I had purchased failed after 6 months. And was replaced without quibble and very quickly.

Got good advice super quick :)

I bought a PiSupply Zero which works really well, but didn't quite do what I was expecting or wanted. In an email exchange to support they made suggestions that I hadn't thought of and then even wrote some scripts to make it do exactly what I wanted. A very refreshing change from the usual.
I thoroughly recommend them and would buy from them again.

I brought batteries off them and after testing a fair amount of times they only got 75% of the capacity (very low C load). (Tested directly to the batteries)
Flagged this to them with my findings but they either didn't check the product from their supplier and are trying to cover this fact or these are defective. (Retail price £29.99 and their supplier likely sub $8)

Either way they're customer service wasn't very good and i won't buy from them again. They didn't resolve anything and i'm very disappointed,

Great customer service during the whole process, including after shipment. They answered all my questions and helped me modify my order as needed. Then the package arrived quite fast - 5 days to Bulgaria.

Great products, at least the PiJuice I bought to optmize the autonomy of my setup. The documentation is there but somehow, it is sometimes difficult to find examples of settings and usage to schedule wakeup and switch off the RPi as I wanted. Nevertheless, the support was rather quick to come to my rescue, so I highly recommend it ;)

Wow - part ordered from these guys on the 23rd December and it was on the doormat next day Christmas Eve - if only all traders were this good and caring! Very impressed and will be using again for future Pi projects! Thank you very very much.

On Wednesday 25 September at 11.00am I ordered a reel of Tesa Double sided tape.Lo and behold it was in my hand at 11.30 the very next day. As I live in Jersey the mail leaves the UK at 5.00am by plane so all praise to your company and Royal Mail for the fantastic delivery time. The touch glass control panels on my 25 year old Bang And Olufsen Beocenter 9300 are now fixed . Thank you for your excellent service.....We’ll Done......
