Great service - Just bought a pi keyboard and mouse on Amazon - I actually ordered a German keyboard by accident ,noticed and contacted Jacqui who was super helpful and managed to stop my original order before it went out and replace it with a uk one and saved me the hassle of returning etc ....

I have their Amp and DAC HATs, which are good quality and easy to use. Support for ad hoc interfacing issues has been extremely good.

I am very happy with the products and the support.

Very poor customer service
I received one correct item and three incorrect items in my delivery and received no response to emails trying to rectify the issue. I would not recommend shopping with Pi Supply.

- In your response you miss-spelled my name and said I should have emailed you, despite my review clearing stating that I emailed you multiple times and got no response. You're RIDICULOUS!!!

Update: Shortly after after having posted my original rating, Pi Supply contacted me and promptly rectified the situation and express-mailed me the wayward order to my full satisfaction. I have therefore updated my rating accordingly.

It's still a mystery to me why I never received replies to my multiple queries concerning this order (only ticket numbers), but hopefully it'll never happen again.

Caveat Emptor

Pi Supply at the moment has unbelievably poor sales and customer service. I placed an order with them on on 18 March, and have neither heard nor received anything aside from the invoice acknowledging the purchase and payment. Nor has Pi Supply responded to two mails sent to them the matter.

I have purchased from Pi Supply before without incident, so I'm not sure of what is going one here.

I'm really satisfy about the customer service. I had a problem with a faulty PSU. I sent it back so they could test it and confirm my diagnosis.
It was a bit long but in the end they sent me a new PSU and refunded postage costs.
They even gave me back a cable I sent back by mistake (not bought with the PSU)

Re: Purchase of Pi-Hole ad-blocker.
I had *my fault* a little bump on ordering because I gave them the wrong cell phone number. But that was happily resolved, and once fixed, the shipment arrived shortly.
Now, consider the product Pi-Supply provides as a 'fully-installed kit'. Yes, you can take an old PC, install Ubuntu, and go to github for the software. Have at it... Instead, I choose Pi-Supply to provide me an excellent case, Raspberry Pi, and all the software loaded and configured.
I had it up and running within 5 minutes, and most of that was spent checking the Cat-5 cables. Everything done via a web-browser interface... Even Mac users could figure it out!
I ended up with a small, quiet , pack of card sized, black box neatly sitting alongside my satellite modem. [disclaimer: while the unit came with an Ethernet cable, I purchased a shorter one for maximum tidiness].
I have since then been surfing their web-store, and next time I need something special, they will indeed be the vendor I choose.
