DO NOT BUY!
Received my elephant and it’s very poor quality and stuff missing from legs. I’ve contacted them and advised me to tumble dry to allow moment and put in warm place. I’ve done this and it’s still not okay. I’ve also sent pictures to show them and it’s clear to see that it’s not okay and now they refuse to help further. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE! Company not will to resolve my issue!

We’ve reviewed your feedback and would like to clarify.
Our stuffed animals are designed to be soft and cuddly, meaning the stuffing is intentionally not solid or rigid. This is normal for plush toys, as the filling can naturally shift during shipping or handling.
Based on the pictures you shared, the product appears consistent with its intended design. While we suggested steps like tumble drying to help fluff and redistribute the stuffing, the toy cannot have completely solid or even stuffing due to its nature as a plush item.
We also offered the option of returning the product if you were unsatisfied, but it seems this was not taken up.

This was my second Elephant purchase, as when I asked my friend what she needed for her second baby she automatically said another Elephant! Her first baby loved it and at 5 years old is still enjoying it for cuddles on movie night or just relaxing. They are cute and so versatile in what you can do with them. I ordered the large pink one this time and it is wonderful.

I was disappointed with this item
I was disappointed with this item, the stitching was coming undone and the stuffing was lumpy. I asked to return it for a refund. I was told it was normal for the stitching to come undone and I should put it in the tumble dryer to fluff up the stuffing! When I insisted on a refund I was given an address in China to return it to. The cost of postage far outweighed the cost of the item so obviously I didn't do this. Very disappointing.

Giant pink elephant
Really disappointed with my purchase, I received my giant pink elephant after quite a wait, only to find there isn't enough stuffing inside. It won't stand up. This is for a new granddaughter expected in a few weeks. I now have to pay for someone to unpick the stitching and put more stuffing inside. Sorry for the negativity but they are expensive.

Delivered vacuum packed and the elephant didn't look good I emailed pillownap they told me to.put it in the dryer for a few mins...it looks brilliant now well.pleased with it

We provide clear-size information with visuals and descriptions, so it’s unfortunate that a negative review was left due to selecting the wrong size.
