I’ve spent a lot with them over the last few months & the lamb is the best & the fish is not so good. Unfortunately we have discovered they’re not the small family run farm that they say they are & are in fact a central hub for all local farms so this has put me off as I like transparency right from the start.

Really appreciated the sensitive packaging and the products have tasted delicious so far, loved the lamb...

Excellent quality food and efficient delivery.

Pipers farm offer such a wide range of high quality products and you know that they're ethically produced and that you are supporting British farming. The ordering process is so easy, communication is excellent and delivery is quick and reliable. The shoulder of lamb was delicious, slow-cooked juiciness, full of flavour! The pork chops above and beyond the mass-produced meat from a supermarket. Yes, this produce is more expensive but it is of a quality well-worth paying for, it is excellent value and utterly delicious!

Lovely company. High welfare meat and sustainable farming. Fantastic burgers and best black pudding I have ever tested. Great customer service too.

Whole process seam free. Speedy delivery and well packed.
Quality is excellent as always. Reliable service.

Excellent value meat that is delicious

We were really impressed with the meat selection we ordered, what we’ve tried so far (sausages, bacon and chicken burgers) have tasted great. I feel reassured that we are buying meat from a company that truly cares for the animals welfare and they have even answered further questions I had with confidence that reassured me that we have found a great place to buy our meat for the family. We also ordered cheese and yoghurt which has been delicious. They have inspired us to reduce the amount of meat we eat too. Looking forward to more orders. Thank you ☺️

No issues with ordering and delivery. Items came well chilled and tasted so good. Cooked the duck straight away and it tasted amazing. Will order again.

I've been ordering from Pipers Farm for 4 years now and have always found the meat to be high quality.
The deliveries I'm sure used to be in temperature controlled vans but it no longer seems to be the case which is sad.
Our order arrived and all of the sausages and burgers had defrosted completely - I noticed on the packaging it said if they were totally defrosted we couldn't refreeze.
There wasn't a chance we could eat all that in a couple of days so I called the customer call line.
The lady on the phone took note of my worries and resent out another parcel which was excellent.
5 stars for Pipers Farm.
0 stars for delivery because the burgers have arrived again totally defrosted.
I've taken a video to show them, not to complain but because I think they need to look at their delivery processes. Its not cheap and a waste for them and us which I'd hate to be happening elsewhere too.

No issues with ordering and delivery arrived at the expected time and in sound condition.
Never had any problems from pipers although I find when offers on on you have to place order quickly, goods very often out of stock, I personally find the points system could be less

Have dealt with Pipers for a good while now, only ever had one problem which was carrier related and they sorted it within 24 hours, they deliver to me offshore so have all the logistics to deal with and they do.
The products are first class and I pay no more than I
do locally but get better value for money, the size of the order is not important to them but customer satisfaction certainly is, be a meat eater but be aware where the animal welfare counts and give Pipers Farm a try you will be pleasantly surprised,

Haven't eaten everything that we ordered yet.
The chicken was good.
But the big surprise were the lamb steaks when they turned up. On the website there are some nice photos of some big fat lamb steaks, so I think great we'll havesome of them. Trouble is I didn't read the small print that says the steaks are 80g (!!!) They turned up and are the size of a fifty pence piece.
Slightly disingenuous comparing my lamb steaks with the photos on the website.

Delay to delivery due to weather. Pipers sorted the issue out speedily .

Great products, hence I'm a regular customer. Sometimes the website glitches and things go wrong but they rectify it which shows great customer service.

Excellent quality fresh meat. Succulent, with so much incredible flavour.
Stunning array of products to choose from, will certainly be placing another order.

The meat from Pipers Farm is always excellent quality and there's plenty of choice - not just meat! Prices are competitive for organic produce. Delivery is prompt and packaging very "green". We are so happy to have discovered Pipers Farm and will continue to buy from them.
