They use a company called UniUni here in Chicago. The package is being delivered to a UPS store with normal store hours. They've been unable to deliver it because nobody is home;)

Pitney Bowes is amazing

How companies are using this firm to send packages, I have no idea as I can't be the only one in Norway with this issue. It's second time I ordered from Amazon and they used PB to deliver and the second time the package isn't delivered. Tracking history claims they tried to deliver it in Oslo, I live in Lofoten. The package is apparently in a pick-up point so am I expected to travel a 1000km to get the parcel? Went on to Amazon's site, they directed me to Pitney, went to Pitney's site, they directed me back to Amazon. Circular issue, no-one takes responsibility, no-one seems to have resources to fix anything.

Lost packages all the time. Shame Ebay is using them.

For people wondering, the company is called Pitney Bowes Ltd (UK & ROI), including here on Trustpilot and this is a unclaimed page that distracts from the official page, which seems more tightly monitored by the company. This company is used by Ebay when you buy things from many international sellers. I was unfortunate enough to have them ship a rare book I bought from the UK. Item got marked promptly lost when they received it and the customer service is very bad. The cherry on top? Any lost or undeliverable packages get thrown away according to their policy page. So the rare book I got is not only lost but gone if ever found, thanks. They are an awful shipping company and this makes me not want to ever use Ebay to buy stuff outside of the USA ever again. I guess losing packages is their specialty. Avoid.

what didn't go wrong

what didn't go wrong, my package got from Hong Kong to the united states faster then pitneybows can get it to me its been sitting at their warehouse 9 days now and they keep moving the delivery date up a day at a time was supposed to be 5 days ago now they say tommorow. I would give them 0 if I could.

Package Delay

Hmmm. I've never heard of this company until I used Ebay GSP.

My package landed in LA from UK on 27th July and has not moved since then.

Just says 'ready for collection' for more than a week.

My tracking number takes me to the PB site.

Thought I'd come here and read some reviews about them and now wish I hadn't 😒

Possibly the worst service company in…

Possibly the worst service company in the US? I'm baffled anyone is using PB. We couldn't even make it past the trial thanks to endless tech issues and trying to get a hold of their outsourced support is a true nightmare. The phone tree doesn't give an option to connect to a rep, you have to navigate the labyrinth of options to eventually get connected. Best part, they continued billing us even though we cancelled inside the trial terms. Their support confirmed 3 times the account was removed and weren't sure why we were being billed. Had to cancel the credit card. Truly a horrendous experience and I'm flabbergasted this is a publicly traded company doing over 3 billion a year in revenue. Who are the merchants giving them money?!

Vreselijk. De bezorger geeft aan dat deze tot tweemaal toe een poging tot bezorging heeft gedaan en een briefje heeft achter gelaten, en dat mijn pakket zich nu op een afhaallocatie bevindt. Ik kan nergens in mijn gehele stad ook maar 1 Pitney Bows afhaallocatie vinden + ik had juist een briefje op de deur geplakt voor de bezorger, deze heeft de bezorger wel verwijderd maar vervolgens niet het pakketje achter laten… en doordat er geen briefje is achter gelaten heb ik geen flauw benul waar het pakketje zich bevindt. En wanneer ik de klantenservice bereik en met een daadwerkelijke medewerker spreek, verwijzen ze me door naar Amazon.com en verbreken ze direct de verbinding zonder op ook maar een reactie te wachten. Top dit

They are a horrible company they don't even have a Greek phone number for their representatives and I have been trying to reach out to them for 3 weeks. I have attempted to also contact them via Facebook and their also website counterpart to no avail. I just want my shipment

MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED AND I DID NOT…

MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED AND I DID NOT WANT TO RENEW. MY POSTAGE METER HAS $845.00
ON IT AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY THAT WAS PREPAID. I HAVE CALLED EVERY NUMBER I CAN FIND TO NO AVAIL. I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM FOR 10 YEARS AND COULD NEVER GET ANY SERVICE ON ANY PROBLEM I HAD.

Worst company ever?

Worst company ever?
My package has been in transit over 1 week. Looping in the USPS postal system between two Distribution Centers. The address is correct, but the bar scan is incorrect. Can't contact Pitney Bowes with my tracking information to either update the bar code or let me know who the vendor is (so I can get the vendor to update).

FIND ANOTHER POSTAGE METER COMPANY

They don't tell you all the hidden fees. Customer service if you have a problem is non-existent. The line asks you to pick a number, just to refer you to online chats and just hangs up on you.
They put a block so I can add funds to my meter, that number is completely disconnected.
When you could connect with someone, you just got passed around all their employees that don't know how to solve your problem until you get to the one person in the entire company that does.
They stick you in a five year lease and hold you hostage. Find any other company to use. PB is a nightmare

1 of the worst carriers out there

1 of the worst carriers out there. I have returned packages with them and they will hold a package in 1 town for several days before it continues through the system. Makes no sense and is bullcrap. I also don't understand how a package could go from 1 town to another town thats an hour a way or 2 from it, back to the same town it came from. Makes no sense either. Their system and the way they operate is messed up and they take forever.
Also trying to get a hold of someone is nonexistent. They should have a live chat option or email.

your company took responsibility for delivery, not amazon. But there is no address for the post office they left the package?

Pitney has no one in the US with authority

Pitney has home office un another countery. Everything is fine until you need something. No one in the US has any authority even over simple things. They changed banks and it took three weeks to get my account reactivated. By that time I decided the US Post office was a better choice. They still owe me money for the return of what was in my machine.

wrost shipping ever

package send to pitney bowes and it stuck for weeks, once you file investigation they just says it's lost, they're not actually have the ability to track anything , so there's one lost i tell myself ok maybe just 1 occasionally , let's give it a try , i'm not sending lost of package everyday just 1~2 , still i can experience something like this, and now another package stuck at somepoint for like 12+days , hope it can still pop up , really hope ~~ but i mean if a company don't care how review, how they could be better?

A horrible company. Do not get involved. Will try everything to stop you cancelling including hanging up the phone. Leaving you on infinite hold. Whilst of course on a chargeable rate phone call
