This is the worst experience ever! My package never showed up and Pitney “whatever” Bowes will not help telling me where they have stored my package for pick up! They have not even tried to deliver my package at my house!!!

Amazon STOP using this service as several of us will never shop at Amazon again. Seriously, start reading these reviews and do something about it!!!

I would gladly give them 0 stars if that was possible! I called them regarding my package that I orderd from Amazon, and asked them if they could track my package for me, beacuse I was supposed to get it on the 23th of August, but have’nt recived it yet. The day I called was the 27th of august, and the guy I asked if could track my package said Yes, and then I told him my tracking number, and after 7 seconds he just hang up on me and sat me over to an computer robot. The worst coustumer service I have ever been through. I have still not received my package, and the last information on my package is that the package landed in Norway on the 14th of august, and I have not heard anything about my package after that. I am never going to order anything with pitney bowes shipping, because they are literally just the worst company on this planet. I have no more words.

A monté un partenariat lucratif avec ebay, pour mieux aspirer la moelle des clients : les tarifs des frais de ports sont doublés par rapport au frais de port postaux classiques (USPS standard internationnal, Chronopost ...). Oui oui vous avez bien lus : LE DOUBLE
Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, ils prennent en plus des frais d'importations qui peuvent aller jusqu'à 70% de la valeur de l'objet transporter (20 euros de frais d'importation, pour un achat d'un objet de 26 euros par exemple). S'ajoute à cela les frais de douanes quand il y en a (30% du prix de vente quand c'est supérieur à 45 euros aux états unis), mais s'il y a des frais de douanes, alors il vous sera impossible de savoir la répartition entre vrais frais de douane et taxes d'importations .

j'ai demandé au vendeur ebay d'annuler la vente, car cela me revenait à 81 euros au total pour un achat à 26 euros, et que ebay se borne à répondre que c'est Pitney Bowes qui fixe les tarif, en récitant une Lituanie de règles qui n'ont rien à voir avec le cas présent, et tenez vous bien que ce serait plus avantageux pour moi !

My Dr. Squatch order was shipped with Pitney Bowes as a partner to the US Postal Service. Per tracking, Pitney received the package in Kentucky on 12/17/20 and it reached Orlando, Florida, on 12/23. The final item showing on tracking (both Pitney Bowes' and USPS's) is that it left Orlando on 12/24 headed for USPS distribution center in Jacksonville Florida. There was no further information. I called Pitney Bowes and they said they show it arrive in my local post office on 12/27 and was out for delivery on the date of my call, 12/29. It did not arrive. The representative with whom I spoke was totally unconcerned with the actual package; his goal was just to get me off the phone.

Mysteriously, after my call on the 29th, the package reached the USPS DISTRIBUTION center in Jacksonville the evening of the 30th, reached my local PO overnight and was delivered on the 31st. I believe that after telling me their "story" they did a search for my package and got it moving on its way. Had they been truthful and told me they would research it I would have rated them much higher.
