Excellent! Responded to emails personally when I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address and they updated. Awesome product and fantastic customer care!

Company was receptive to my multiple requests for things to be slightly different until we got it just right! I can't wait to receive this and give it to my wife on Christmas day!

The creative team at PixArt were extremely receptive to my requests. They were prompt and very kind. I asked for something extra in my portrait and it was no problem. I will definitely use them again in the future future!

Worked with me multiple times on my idea that i had for a muddy covered doggie. Countless re makes of my image. Prompt replies and just really nice open mindness and curiosity to get the final product. Really kind and warm nature felt through the communication process

Fantastic service. The staff were amazingly patient and helpful - and endlessly willing to keep changing details at my request until I was 100% happy. I absolutely adore the canvas of our two cats as a Christmas present for my daughter. I would definitely recommend this.

Very easy to work with, had one revision made and was very quick! Would definitely use again!

Such an easy process. All my requests were taken into consideration on the initial art work. Once received, I requested a change which was made straight away with no issues. The final piece is amazing. I love it and I know my daughter will too!
Great, friendly communication from the team. Would definitely recommend!!

Outstanding product and customer service. I am very happy with the finished product. I was not happy with the original proof and I contacted customer service which responded very quickly and said no problem let them know what background I would like. They switched it out and I just got my print yesterday and could not be happier!

I found this company on Facebook. I was Leary at first because I don’t trust a lot of Facebook ads. I went to the website and ordered my print. The fact that I asked to have some colors enhanced, changed, and added made my experience great! This is a company that would recommend to anyone.
Thank you pixart. I can’t wait to get my print.

Very good experience overall. Communication was suprisingly outstanding. Even though it is the holiday season we still received our canvas print in a reasonable amount of time. Revisions were easy and well done. Thank you!

Quick professional service . They really captured the personality of our dog

Dealing with these guys has been a very easy and simple experience. After the original design came through, I asked for some small changes and they accommodated perfectly. Can't recommend them enough!

The communication is outstanding. Kind and friendly responses. Outstanding overall customer service. Prompt responses and a great customer care experience. I would absolutely order again and I will be referring to friends and family.

Brilliant art work done very fast, was very accommodating with the amendments I asked for would definitely recommend this!

Great customer service and response! I had multiple revisions and every time they were so cordial and professional. You can tell they really do care about getting it done exactly right for the customer. They were amazing to work with and the portrait was absolutely beautiful. Made my niece smile after losing her boy Steele.

I absolutely love the end picture. First go just needed a minor tweek that was made really quickly and exactly what I wanted. So happy with it I've now ordered another drawing to be done for my sisters dogs.

Pixart did a great job a delivering their product. It was quick and very nice. I wanted to add a touch on one of the arts and they replied in the day and the touch up was done within 48hours. Communication was good and the emails were kind. I will most likely use there service again!

I wanted to have a portrait done for my BIL who lost his dog this year. They are huge Disney fans. They took their time to adjust the portrait to meet my vision. I am super excited to gift this to him for Christmas!

I can’t say enough about how great this company was to work with! Not only did the product come out amazing, but whenever I had concerns about whether it would arrive in time for the holidays, they would reply to my emails so quickly to reassure me! Ultimately, my order even arrived two days ahead of schedule! I would use them again without hesitation!

Throughout my order process everything has been handled with care and reassurance and when I wanted to make some adjustments they were very helpful and professional.
